I like this, having used it a number of times now for chopping-intensive meal preps. It does well even on tough things like raw carrots to dice them up.The attachment of the cutting head with the screws is a bit more fiddly than I would like, this means cleaning is more awkward. However once the cutting head and the pusher block are removed they go through the dishwasher just fine. Just be careful not to absent mindedly press out any stuck food from the cutting grid.. they are *sharp*.The fact that it's made of metal is great and I think it'll last a long time.

This cut down so much time on prep, and I get volunteers to help cook when I get it out to use.

I was very impressed with this machine; a marvel of modern engineering. I don't know how long it will last, everything wears down eventually, but i am very impressed so far with how good it is at dicing apples.

I bought this mainly for dicing tomatoes, and so far it has only served to crush them. By the third tomato, the blades and the pusher are so full of tomato pulp, it won't dice at all. Juice and pulp oozed out the sides, missing the container that fit between the legs, and landing on the counter. I tried skinning the tomato first, but it didn't help. The dicer worked fabulously for making shoe-string french fries however. Maybe I need the 1/2" blade for dicing tomatoes.

Smaller than expected and it doesn’t chop meat but it does pretty well with potatoes and onions. Not very easy to keep clean.

Perfect for cutting equal size vegetables or cheese. Really a pain to clean but if you are making things in bulk it speeds up the process.

HAND WASH ONLY and cumbersome changing out cutting head on top and bottom. We washed this as an entire unit in the dishwasher after assembling it to wash off any oils, chemicals, etc. used in its production before using it. The entire stainless steel finish washed off and now your hands get like this when using! The "head" part of the fulcrum is cumbersome to get off and there are several screws, parts, etc. you have to keep up with to put it all back together after cleaning. The fulcrum/arm does not seem long enough to make cutting as easy as it should be when I used to cut mushrooms and onions. It is very sturdy but I am VERY disappointed for $132! Me gusta ya que se puede picar tomate y cebolla que es para lo que la uso realmente uno se economiza tiempo y riesgo de cortaduras. Lo unico esque las cuchillas son muy sencibles no se si es xq le hacen mucha fuerza o la maneobran mal pero las cuchillas se quiebran. Pero ageno a eso es perfecta para mis necesidad. SI LA RECOMIENDO es liviana y pequeña
