Hopefully I can keep buying these from AMAZON! I usually have to rely on driving out to Sprouts or Whole Foods and sometimes they are out of stock!

Was skeptical but these probiotics have really helped with digestion and relieving constipation. I appreciate that they're gluten free and contain a blend of whole foods. The capsules are easy to take, and I feel like my gut health has improved since I started using them. Definitely a good addition to my health routine.

After being on antibiotics CONSTANTLY as a child and teenager, I suffered a lot of ill-effects and I have been killing candida and healing my gut since the early 90s, off and on. IMO, these are simply the best on the market, and much better than the "regular" Primal Defense. After reading some bad reviews, I wanted to point out a few things others may find helpful. First off, probiotics aren't magic, and if they are magic to some folks, that's great!! But let me take this a step further. Mostly everyone that has bowel problems, and allergy problems especially, have leaky gut syndrome. If you are REALLY sensitive to this product, you probably have leaky gut and will never recover if you don't heal your intenstinal tract. I have found great recovery with a couple of products that some may find helpful: Colostrum LD and MSM (both vendors are here at Amazon). I have been on high doses of both of these and I feel better than I have in years. I used to have severe bloating, extreme fatigue, severe food allergies/sensitivies, extreme chemical sensitivies, carb sensitivity, skin problems, cravings, IBS symptoms, uveitis (corneal inflammation), etc.....but I always tried to do my own research because I knew doctors caused all of this to begin with by keeping me on antibiotics constantly. Please keep in mind that if you have a severe case of leaky gut syndrome, probiotics may not work well for you and you'll probably never *fully* recover. Also, certain strains of probiotics work better for certain symptoms than others. If I took a certain probiotic for IBS, I would get worse constipation because that strain of probiotic is for people with diarrhea. Lesson learned. Also, if you have candida problems, I find it's best to start out with Syntol and then go to this brand. Syntol is great and very helpful. But saying all of that to say, this particular probiotic has helped me tremendously and I don't ever want to be without it. To actually have energy and function like a normal person is great!

Probiotics are organisms that live in the soil under normal circumstances. However pesticides kill probiotics that would otherwise live in the soil. Probiotics help control inflammation and also help your digestive tract to work at its optimum level.The only way to benefit from probiotics is to eat organic food and or to take probiotics. After reading the article I decided to give probiotics and organic foods a try. I have had Crohn's disease since the age of about 3 years old and I have had arthritis since the age of sixteen. Both are auto-immune diseases. Inflammation is a huge problem for auto-immune diseases.Primal Defense Ultra was developed by Jordan Rubin who has suffered from Crohn's disease himself. Jordan Rubin was exposed to probiotics after suffering from Crohn's disease and not finding the treatment available in the United States helpful for his condition. He was exposed to probiotics for the treatment of Crohn's disease while he travelled outside of the US.Before trying probiotics and organic foods, I had one of the worst flare-ups that I have ever had for Crohn's disease and none of the medications available for Crohn's disease were helping me at the time. I was on every medication available to me, including high doses of steroids (which is a miserable experience) and Remicade too. At the time nothing was bringing the flare-up to the point of being manageable. My abdomen was huge because of the distention. The distention was so bad that I had to go up 4 women's clothing sizes because my intestines were so swollen. That was the worst it had ever been for me. I had several kinds of abdominal pain along with bleeding.I started initially by just eating one cup each morning of organic yogurt. The organic yogurt at my local grocery store contained nearly half of the available probiotics. I started with the organic yogurt while I waited for my order of probiotics to be delivered. After eating the yogurt once daily for about 2 weeks, my abdominal distention went down 2 women's clothing sizes. I was amazed that the distention had improved that much in such a short time. I got the delivery then of the probiotics. I started a regimen of eating 2 servings daily of organic foods along with taking the Primal Defense Ultra.As a result of eating the organic food twice daily and taking the Primal Defense Ultra, my abdominal distention went down 4 clothing sizes total back to my normal clothing size. I no longer had daily abdominal pain after experiencing some of my worst pain ever constantly for nearly 3 years. I no long have joint pain, even after my doctor discontinued the use of NSAIDS for me because my GI bleeding had been so bad. My GI bleeding stopped. Also I went into remission for the first time in nearly 20 years.Note: I am not saying that it is a cure all for everyone. Primal Defense Ultra has definitely helped me not only with one of the worst flare-ups of Crohn's disease that I have ever had, but it has also alleviated my joint pain and helped me to manage my Crohn's disease ever since then. That has been for a period of 10 years now. Even when I do have flare-ups now, Primal Defense Ultra has made my subsequent flare-ups much more manageable.Primal Defense Ultra has been a huge benefit for me. I highly recommend Primal Defense Ultra for people who either have Crohn's disease or arthritis.

I’m a huge fan of Garden of Life products. I’ve been using their Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, CoQ10, and other basics for years, and they’re the only brand that doesn’t cause heartburn or any digestive issues for me. So, when I decided to try Primal Defense, I had high expectations.The product itself is excellent. The probiotics and gut-friendly ingredients work wonders for digestion. I noticed improvements in my digestion and overall energy levels after just a few days of use. It’s a great addition to my daily routine, and I trust the quality since it’s made with organic ingredients and packed with essential vitamins and minerals.That being said, my only issue was with the packaging. Unfortunately, the capsules arrived broken, and there was a bit of a mess inside the bottle. Some of the capsules were crushed, and the powder was scattered around. This was disappointing, considering how much I trust the brand.Overall, though, the product itself is fantastic, and I’d still recommend it. Just wish the packaging could be more carefully handled during shipping!
