I bought this along with the same book in english, in order to practice my french. The french book sticks only to the general storyline in the english book and the meanings of pretty much all sentences differ enormously from the english counterparts (eg. The french story describes parents leaving the children to go on a business-trip to destination X, whilst the english story describes the parents deciding to holiday alone together in destination Y). Consequently, the idea of the two books providing parallel texts doesn't work even remotely!Nonetheless, the book is of excellent quality, with a robust hard cover, thick pages and decent-sized font. It was great value and I may buy more in the series.

I love this little book. Is perfect for my intermediate level French. I am an adult and I very much enjoy the story. Fast delivery too.
