I thought this book would be aimed at showing how to set up IP holding companies and also discuss the best jurisdictions (Cyprus, Netherlands, Luxembourg, etc). Instead, the book describes how some companies (like Apple) set up overseas holding companies, but then goes in a long tirade about how this is not helpful along with some proposals on how to fix these loopholes. I don't care about how to fix it. I care about learning how to set up an entity to reduce my clients' tax burdens!
