Lack of any documentation.
This review has a lot more to do with the attitude of the seller than the product it's self. When I received the K-1000S LED controller it came with no documentation or information on how to use it. I went to Google and YouTube for help and found only one video that I could not understand. I reached Amazon support for help and they relied my request to Clautop. About two days later I had an e-mail from Clautop with an attachment that clarified what the K-1000S really is and now I can move on and try to do something with this LED controller.A lot of frustration could have been avoided if a simple note with a link to this information would had been included with the product.Per their own words:"It is a little difficult to operate the controller and make programs. However you can return back the item and get your money back if you really do not know how to use it. As we know, it really needs a professional operation."IMHO if their product is for professionals they should state it on the description. I am not returning the product because, even if I am not a "professional" with the few leads Clautop provided I will tackle the challenge to get some use of this LED controller.This is my opinion and I only think it's fair to warn others about what to expect.

Not as described
This item doesn't work with the ws2812B led lights as described. I have to order another controller from other seller to make my project don't buy from this seller
