£17 every 2 weeks is very expensive so I expected huge results. I didn’t. I’d say I went to the toilet more until my body got used to them and things smelt more but they certainly didn’t suppress my appetite and I didn’t notice any difference apart from my bodily functions. The tablets are fruity in flavour and quite big.

I think these are probably very good if the effects I got are anything to go by. However I am unable to take them as when I did I became very short of breath and red in the face. Even when I reduced the dosage to one. I think they are probably fine for someone who's fitter then me. They definitely do something, .

Well, you have to take 6 a day so it only last 15 days which is not great, my memory is terrible so I never consistanly remembered to take them, they did seem to suppress my appetite a little, all the ingredients seem nice and natural ingredients, no nasty taste or side effects to report

Really good combination of ingredients in these. I’ve been on a not quite keto diet for the past 8 weeks. Summer is fast approaching, and my lockdown weight has to go. I started good but the past couple weeks I had only lost 1lb each week. After taking these before each meal along with sufficient water I have lost 3lb this week. I don’t know if it’s coincidence but what ever it is I’m happy with that, so I shall continue taking them. They are easy to swallow, and I have no side effects from them. At 3 a day they will last a month. A lot cheaper than some diet pills.

tried all the diet fad pills these tasted ok but didnt really make me feel any different, used in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise then they would probably be better

I found these easy to swallow, with a hint of fruity flavour. I made sure to drink lots of water, and took the capsules to help a calorie controlled diet. It really does help, I lost three of four pounds the first werk, though that slowed to about two pounds the week after. I also exercised, walking, callanetics etc. The pills are great if you want to lose a little weight, before a holiday or other special event. I will be using them again. They are good value for money and easy to use.
