Works on bowflex 1090, but big!
Needed something to cover the hard handles of bowflex. Wish it was a little thinner.

Great pair of bar grips!
I have a small pull up/dip station in my room, but noticed the pull up bars diameter was too small and hurt my hands. I needed something to make the grip thicker and found this item. Very happy with it as my hands now don't hurt from the tiny metal bar anymore. These grips also provide some padding too, so I'm able to hang and do more reps. Very happy with them. They do slide very slightly, but doesn't bother me. Very happy none the less!

Decent but softer (more bend) than expected
They are OK, but a smidgen on the soft side. I wanted a little more support. I mainly use them for bands, so my hands don't hurt so much during and after a set. I also tried them on my 25# kettlebell, and they fit nicely and feel good, but the added thickness made gripping the weight difficult when doing overhead presses. I don't have small hands (wear a size XL glove), but if you have big hands, these should be ok. I have yet to try these on dumbbells and barbells, so I may update this review later.

They are big, good for strengthening the hands. I use them for bands.
They are big, good for strengthening the hands. I use them for bands. I use the bands without handles so these really help as they are rigid and do not collapse in use.

Great grips at a great price
Took a chance on getting these grips because I already own a pair of Fat Gripz. Really wanted to dislike these grips, but I just can't. They slip on to any and all attachments (dumbbells, barbells, cable ropes and handles) with an ease that are far superior to what I've been using for years. And, they stay tight to whatever piece of equipment I use with them. These Qiban qibylift Grips have become my newest oldest best friend on my gym days. If anyone reading this is considering buying a pair of grips, consider no more. They are indeed a great bang for the buck

Thick bar adapter
Works great so far! Easy on/off to any bar really. Added them to a set of adjustable dumbbells and gives an added level of training to any lift.

Slippery when wet
I've bought several set's of different brands of grips, and this particular set gets very slick (slippery) when using under heavy loads, even while wearing exercise gloves. Kind of like trying to hold on to a fish.. There are better brands on the market, but I got caught up in trying to save a buck or two.

These are not wider or fatter in the middle so all your fingers get worked equally. I use them for rows to strengthen my grip. Outstanding!

It says it's "made from high-density silicone rubber". Feels as hard as plastic. "Will not compress or slip". Not being able to compress (too rigid) is the problem - and yes it's so rigid on the inside its slips on the knurled bar handle. A 1-inch bar has a circumference of 3-inches - for me, too small. The "fat grip" takes the circumference to 6-inch - which in my opinion is at least 1-inch too much in circumference. You might as well be trying to hold on a to a thick (6-inch circ.) PVC pipe. For reference, a regular toilet paper roll has a 6-inch circumference. Everyone has these in their home to give you perspective - now imagine it had no "give" (compression). Would you feel you had a good grip to confidently hold 40, 60, 80lb dumbbells? "A thicker handle boosts your muscle stimulation". I actually totally agree with this statement. My forearms did get better stimulation "trying to hold on" to this grip. If the grips were low to medium-density, I think these would be perfect. Again....for me. If you have bigger hands, you might find these great. I will stick with my rolled up micro-fiber cloth and send these back.

I've been using this bar adapter pair of grips and they work great. The rubber is firm yet soft enough to be very comfortable. There's no odor or off gassing. There's no residue from the rubber. They're very easy to take off/put on a bar. They're perfect for 1" diameter bars. The profile is slightly smaller diameter on the ends, which make it more ergonomic for the shorter pinky and index fingers. These are really good quality grippers and I wouldn't hesitate to order another pair, maybe in another color.

Smaller thick grips - great for starting out in forearm and grip training. I compared this grip to other name brand grips that I have and found the inner diameter to be comparable, while the thickness is slightly smaller. This grip is a good thickness for people new to grip training and for people with smaller hands. Thickness of the grips is 1/2”. The inside diameter is 1” (similar to other grips). The outside diameter is ~1.75”. The ends of the grips are tapered/angled inwards, which should allow them to fit on EZ bars. I wasn't able to test this, but it should work - I've seen similar grip designs for this purpose. The grip has some edges to make them grippy and less slippery, but I do wish it had a bit more knurling on the surface for even better grip. I used these thick grips on my pull bar and dumbbells. Both my dumbbells and pullup bar thickness is already greater than 1”, but I had no problem using these grips. The grip is an open circle and flexible so it opens to wider diameters as necessary.

Unlike bigger brands, this one is made out of a more slippery silicone and I had difficulty lifting it than other brands. If you chalk it up more and rough it up a little then it should be better. Personally I was not a huge fan having used better quality thick grips but these will do the job still.
