extremely useful tool

It's ok, crudely made & not smooth to use, the grip is ok but things tend to slip out. Wish I got a vice version as it's hard to keep still when I'm use especially when using a rotary tool

Just what I needed. Well made and easy to use when you need an extra hand to hold something while you solder or adjust something or to hold something while glue sets, and many other uses.

All I did was open the box, tried to screw on the plastic clamps and only two screws tightened up, the other two just carried on turning !!! The Chinese manufacturer has an obvious problem in with the way they make these things. Recommendation is not to buy this and maybe the manufacturer will get up off his/her backside and sort this problem out. DO NOT BUY, you have been warned.

I was hoping that this would be a good purchase. In truth although the design seems a good idea it does have some issues. The actual clamps (yellow parts) are made of hard plastic and not a rubberised product of which I was hoping it would, so some of the parts I have tried to secure have slipped out without too much problem. However, that along with the actual clamping jaw (the moving jaw) also has problems in that it does not sit securely on the slide rail, the moving jaw part is not square to the rail so when you clamp it to the item all that happens is the jaw tilts upwards off the slide rail and the item in the jaws moves out of your original alignment. The moving jaw is also only held on by a small screw with two badly fitting washer spacers and that if the screw is too tightly wound will simply lock the jaw into place and no longer slide easy along the rail. I can probably get someone to modify the vice so that it works better, but it is a disappointment that what appeared to be a good vice turns out to be jaw dropping let down.

Geen goede kwaliteit. Schroefdraad is maar zo zo en loopt aan. Zal gaan slijten. Is wel relatief goedkoop en is te gebruiken.

Das Unterteil ist aus stabilem Metall und läßt sich gut schrauben. Das Zuböhr nebst Schrauben passen auf Anheib ohne Probleme, für speziell, kleine Werkstücke, die zu bearbeiten bzw. bohren sind, ist es für den fairen Preis absolut ausreichend.
