The media could not be loaded.  The hand held shower still will not work. I had it installed this is the second one. Once installed the switch will not move so No Water comes out. I paid a friend to install this twice and now I got to have him take it off yet again. At this point I don’t want a replacement. I just want a refund. I have a brand new home so I don’t understand why it isn’t working. So I will be returning this to you.

I loved how many settings there were on this shower head. However the pressure wasn’t amazing. It may have just been the water pressure from my own home though. Overall it was a good purchase.

I love it !!! Was easy to install just wish the switch to change from shower head to host was better placed is kind of difficult to get to it but other than that's good value.

It is perfect for my Bathroom I use the hand held al the time as I am crippled and use a shower chair so the handheld is perfect for me.

I realize this is not a super expensive shower head so I expected some plastic. However, I’m very pleased with this item. It looks expensive and works great.

Love it. Changing from the rain shower to the handheld sprayer is really difficult but has a wonderful/responsive spray.

We are really enjoying our new showerhead. Love the feel of gentle rainfall.
