Mount World Universal Tilt Wall Mount Bracket for 32"-60" Plasma LCD LED VESA 600x400, 400x400

My issue with this mount is that absolutely no where was it written that there is a definite top and bottom to the wall mount. I mounted it only to have to take it out of my wall and put back in an inch higher because I installed it upside down. Now I have four unnecessary holes in my wall. This also caused me to need to put the brackets that screw in to the TV on the lowest possible holes so my TV was positioned where I needed it to be (compensating for needing to install the wall mount portion higher than expected). Thus making the top part of those pieces stick out of the top of the TV.Nothing majorly wrong with this device, just a little disappointed in all these unnecessary eye sores all due to the instructions leaving out a very crucial part of the installment process. Seems I'm the only one with this problem though so take this for what you will. Just wanted to warn others.

Before i clicked the buy button i was concerned about the quality and heavy dutyness of the mount. For i was about to hang my 72 pound, 50" plasma. However, when it arrived i was very pleased with it. Very heavy duty, and came with all of the necessary bolts and lag screws needed. Still just to be sure i screwed a 32"x24" 3/4" piece of plywood to the wall. Found wall studs and made a mark with a pencil, then made absolutely sure i screwed into the wall studs. Then i installed the mount to the plywood. Used supplied lag bolts to go through plywood and into wall studs to install mount. Then loaded up rest of mount with 3" screws just to be sure.

I had already purchased one of these for my boys room and after almost a year we finally decided to also hang my daughters Tv, well we went to several stores purchased several types of wall mounts that we had to return because it didn't fit her 42inch sylvania flat tv so i found the invoice from my sons tv and decided to write to them to see if they still had the same one because I couldn't find one that fit this tv. Anyhow they did i bought another one and now her tv is hanging . The great thing about this tv mount is that it is super easy to install and it comes with a built in level so you don't have to worry about it being unleveled . Thanks again for a great product!

This TV wall mount Does Not Work for the 50" plasma Panasonic TH-50PZ700U.Your Amazon description shows it as compatible for the TV.The overall span of the wall metal bar is 26" while the TV separation of the screw in mounts is 27", so it cannot hang on the metal bar.

Very easy installation and it feels solid as a rock.I bought the Cheetah mount first because it had so many good reviews and a similar price. What a mistake! You have to assemble the mounting plate out of 6 pieces. This is not sturdy and wastes your time. When I found that they'd included two left side pieces for the top instead of one left and one right, I was actually relieved to return it!World Mount has kept this simple product simple and strong. They've included everything you need and didn't play any games. I installed this yesterday, so only time will tell, but I'll be shocked if we have any issues with 60" Samsung.

A little dissapointed in this purchase. They lied and said it is compatible with the Vizio M370NV, but they did not provide the required m4 x 18mm screws. Addtionally, the plastic adjustment knob was broken when I opened the package. I would not recommend and there are lots of other TV mounting options available out there for a comparable price.UPDATE : I bought the required hardware for about 10% of the product cost. Because this was one size fits all, there are two metal brackets peering out about 4 inches above the top of the screen. I had to get my Dremmel cutting disc and chop off a section of the metal bracket so it would not look so bad. The TV is up, and it looks alright, but I am still dissapointed with all the additional work required along with the broken knob. Once again, would not recommend! !!

I've seen some ridiculous prices (over $100) for these things, and for the life of me I don't know why. It's just a few pieces of stamped out metal, not a Swiss watch! Directions say to use on a concrete wall, but it will work fine on sheetrock walls with up to a 24" spread on the studs. You'll have to go to the hardware store and get some screws & washers for the kind of studs (metal or wood) you have. I used self tapping screws for metal studs and it works great. Wood studs would probably be stronger, but mine seems very solid for a 32" TV. I ordered the wall mount from Maui and it arrived in four days with free shipping!

Used it to hang a 40 inch LCD Trinitron on a sheetrock wall in my condo. Did lots of measuring to ensure it ended up at the exactly the height I wanted it. I used a studfinder to locate the two studs closest to the location. All together spent a few hours measuring, locating, anchoring, etc. When that work was complete, my wife and I easily slide it on to the wall flange and over to the exact spot I wanted it. It is rock solid and the viewing angle was very simple to set. Price and performance cannot be beat; fits a large number of sizes of TVs. Highly recommended.
