Product Problem
Product arrrived in one piece instead of many small pieces as ordered. I suppose it melted

Not what I had hoped for!
It arrived all melted and in one big chunk!! Being chocolate, it should have arrived in a protected refrigerated box. It arrived in a bubble wrapped bag....and all melted into one solid chunk. I could not eat it...I tried to cut off a slice, but it was terrible. I wasn't going to complain, since it was a one time one bag order. It did cost me more than I wanted to pay....even now I can't remember the price, but thinking it was around 18-22 dollars for that one bag of pretzel bark. Too much to be paying for a melted chunk. :o(
