These are very good but no different than the 5# for $20-$22, depending on the day, from another seller. I got a bag from each w/in a week just to compare b/c these had a much higher rating. I have gotten the others 3 times in as many years and have always been satisfied. I store them in a glass jar w/ a tight lid but they still seem to evaporate w/ a week....

I've enjoyed French Burnt Peanuts my entire life, and as many others have noted, they keep getting harder to find. Would I say these are the best I've ever tasted? No. But they're pretty good. The bag I got was quite fresh, with a nice crunch to both the candy shell and the peanuts. I've seen complaints regarding other brands that the shell was too thick, or too waxy. I would not say that's the case here. 3 lbs is quite a bit of candy for one person. After I cut open the bag they came in, I divided them into 1qt mason jars. Hoping that will keep them fresh.

Not as fresh as others. Was disappointed.

I bought these as stocking stuffers because everyone in my family loves them. We were not disappointed! They were very fresh, not too soft or too hard, they were just right. The flavor was spot on for French Burnt peanuts. I divided the 6 pounds into ziplock baggies and everyone was happy. I will purchase them again.

My husband aunt gave him these as a kid. This is his first year without her and he was plesantly surprise.

I have ordered 4 bags of these French burnt peanuts over the past several weeks and it appears that the company may be procuring them from different sources. Two of the bags were very good - peanuts fresh and candy coating easily cracks off, which is what I like. The other two bags had ‘mushy’ peanuts and the candy coating was soft, almost as if a different supplier made them. Interestingly, two bags came in a red bag, the other two in a cream colored bag, so the packaging is not even consistent. Unfortunately, you can’t send back an opened bag of candy an I wasted almost $30 on two bags.
