Great product and quick installation.
First product from elica and it satisfy our expectation. Superb build quality. Lot of functions. Motion sensors and gesture control is an added advantage. Looks extraordinary. For installation they did not give any pipe and the installation guys asked for 1300₹ per pipe and i needed 2 of it so total installation cost was 3550.

Chimney installation
Exhaust installation not hurriedly and not proper. Now experiencing loud noise from chimney and back pressure.

Worst product
Waited for 12 days delivery time and received damaged product. Elica technician charged for visiting. I have to order another product now and pay technician again for installation. Worst service from Elica. It’s just a bubble created in the market of the elica product. Never ever buy a elica product and you will regret the service after the product is purchased.
