It looks amazing but the only thing that’s bothering me is that it doesn’t have a plate underneath i thought its suppose to come with it but i have to go buy one now 😅 but all good looks great

Ficus Bonsai tree
This bonsai tree arrived very quickly, but within the first week a lot of leaves fell, normally its expected a few leaves but not the amount mine lost, It's in a bright corner of the room and no direct sunlight and its watered when the top soil starts to slightly lighten, I have had this bonsai now for about a month and half the tree is fairly bald and when its moved slightly more leaves fall, It's not the lovely tree that arrived, I contacted the seller to ask for advice but as of yet no contact has been made, I feel that I have wasted money on this tree.
