*** Edited ***I have changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars, my initial pair were sharp inside the finger holes, i received a new pair and they are perfect, they are a good weight they cut nicely I’m very happy with them now, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.I’m going to leave my initial review below for fairness.Purchased these scissors to trim my Yorkies faces around the eye area between professional grooms, as i have 4 puppies it gets expensive for them to go all the time and their hair grows really fast. The scissors are a good size to cater for my small breed, i did try to use them and i felt confident that with a squirmy pup I wasn’t going to gouge its eye out.However, the pair i received weren’t finished to a high standard and the inside of the finger ring was razor sharp and for this reason i and returning them, i supposed i could have sanded them down but why should i?I did enjoy the size and weight of the product so I’m hoping i simply got a duff pair, hence my reorder.Also some numpty stuck a massive barcode over the instructions of use one the back which was really annoying!

These are great little safety scissors for various aspects of grooming your dog. For anyone who has a long haired pooch, particularly round the face and eyes (eg Yorkshire Terrier/Old English Sheepdog/ West Highland White Terrier etc), these little safety scissors are just the thing to use.It is also important for all dogs to have their paws kept trimmed so that the hair between the pads doe not get matted. This is what I use these little scissors for. If the fur in the feet is not kept trimmed, if matted it will be uncomfortable for the dog. Also, by keeping the fur trimmed the paws are easier to inspect and clean.

Absolutely amazing; so sharp in the blade, but the rounded ends mean I'm never at risk of snagging my cat. Really recommend as they've got a good weight to them/aren't flimsy.The only thing that happened is on mine - which I bought about 6 months ago - the little rubber nubbin that stops the handles from clunking together has come off and won't stay on, meaning the blades don't close properly.

I received the grooming scissors this morning and I am very impressed with the quality and design of the scissors. I have a puppy Bichon Frise and daily attention to his coat and overall grooming is essential to maintain a healthy dog. My Bichon has responded well to the scissors as I trimmed around his face. I would also like to mention the very high standard of the manufacture of this product. The scissors are very comfortable to use and use and the ball tips ensure a safe procedure.I shall be looking at other grooming products by the supplier.

I had already bought the scaredy cut kit which is great but found it hard to get round my dog's ears, paws etc, with it, so I ordered these tiny trim scissors. These are brilliant for trimming round his ears, the pads of his feet and in between his nails. He hates getting these done even at the groomers but with these scissors he sits nice and calmly and then falls asleep while I finish. There is no fear of cutting him with the rounded tips and they are very sharp as they cut well especially through a few matted bits he had. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to save money going to the groomers or for in between visits to groomers.

Excellent product. My three dogs are extremely sensitive about having their faces trimmed back, usually ending in them making a lot of noiseand me not getting the result required! However since I have used these incredible scissors all three dogs have let me trim back close to their eyes, nose and chin. The scissors are quiet, sharp and very easy to use. I don't have to worry when working near their eyes as the little balls on the end of the scissors mean the blades don't go anywhere near their eyes so therefore not as frightening. I bought two pairs and gave one to my daughter for trimming her two dogs and she loves them as well and can't believe how easy they are to use. Great product with great price. As a dog owner whose dog is a real scaredy cat of scissors I needed a small pair of scissors to get those little knots out that the comb wouldn't. These scissors have allowed me to get to ticklish paws without fear of cutting him. Grooming is much more pleasurable to me a non expert. As you can see looking handsome

I only had these scissors two days ago but have used them on knotted hair on my Pomeranian and hair with wax on in my horses ears. The scissors are brilliant and I am very happy with this purchase. The rounded ends mean that your pet will not get cut or poked but the scissors are nicely sharp to cut through hair a treat. So glad that I have these now to make these kind of jobs a whole lot easier to do.
