It worked to replace my Lifegard Aquatics 25 watt ballast
I bought a Lifegard Aquatics 25 watt pro max UV sterilizer about a year ago and it came with a bad ballast right out of the box, the second one lasted lasted just under a year. I was very hesitant to spend the 70 bucks for a third ballast, so I bought this one instead. It works like a charm so far. I will update this review if that changes in any way.

Did not work for me
wasted my hard earned dollars.even through I am a prime member they still charged me $4.24 return fee .For a dam item that was not used.

Should be a zero star
I ordered 2 of these. The first one failed after 3 charges and the second one failed after only 2 charges. Junk /Yonke!!!

16 month life expectancy?
I have replaced this ballast on our HQUA-OWS-12 whole house UV sterilizer 3 times in 48 months. The lamps outlive the ballast.

Works like a charm!
I did a lot of shopping for a replacement power supply for my HVAC UV lightbulb. This did the job.
