I am a fitness enthusiast and I've been using the resistance bands for two years. I found them to be the best in terms of quality and reliability. This is the best product I recommend to my family and friends. My father is always at home with my three children and he doesn't have time to go to the gym to exercise with me. I bought this for him to workout at home, it actually works very well and is very easy to carry.so this had given him an opportunity for in a few extra minutes of exercise every day. Sometimes, he also takes these resistance bands to the park to exercise. These bands are well made, it is good for excerise.

Now that my gym is closed, my personal training is providing me support via Zoom. I find the workout with these bands much more beneficial than the gym equipment. Great quality

Trash. It does not resist anything. Not worth your money at all and its not even a band its a line. Absolutely worthless, I'm serious, don't waste your money.
