Absolutely amazing product and even better service. The product I received was not satisfactory to me. I spoke to the seller on whatsapp and the response was amazing. The refund was initiated even before I returned the product. Replacement was sent immediately. I am so very thrilled with the entire experience. Must buy. Great for home decor and also for gifting purpose. A happy customer.

Good Product and Nicely Packaged
Packaging was done nicely, had multiple layers of protection. Frame felt smaller after removing from package though,so measured it to confirm size which matches as described on the product page. Hang frame at eye level and it looked good.

Not cheaply made
Of all frames i purchased offline and online, this one i can say is not cheaply made. Has really nice finish on frame, doesn't have cheap cardboard on back like most of other frames i have, it is not made of glass, can be used for horizontal and vertical positions, changing photos was easy though i feel we need to handle pins on back carefully.
