Alot of work but worth the time! My 4 year old absolutely loves it. It's strong and decent sized. The doors work well. They open and close tightly, if you take the time to put them together correctly.

This kitchen is CUTE. My son loves it. It's very gender neutral and pretty sturdy too. The box was quite heavy, they made me pick it up at my post office. I opened it and it's like a giant puzzle. Every single piece needs to be put together, every knob, hinge, and a million screws. The instructions were pretty clear and everything was labeled nicely with very little error. It would've been a lot easier if I had someone to help me and to not also be watching two little kids, it took me around fours hours. The sink assembly was a NIGHTMARE. I must have tried to put it together six or seven times! My 9 month old was screaming as I used my hands and FEET to hold all the little pieces together. Before and after that bit the process was pretty easy. Don't over tighten your screws. The whole thing can be assembled with a Philips head screwdriver, I would not suggest power tools or you risk ruining it. It came with two little push button lights that you can choose where to stick. You'll need six AAA batteries for those. Under the right conditions I would've had fun putting this together, all in all I would do it again, I'm pleased with this little play kitchen.

Love the vintage look. Really cute. Good size, wish the fridge had another shelf. Was really fun to put together until we started to use the really small screws!!! Wish they were a Little bit bigger. Had a hard time with little screws.but other than that. Really happy with it. I am sure my granddaughter will love it also. I am fine with the quality of the kitchen set for the price it was a good deal. Really took awhile longer than I expected to put together.

I bought for my granddaughter for Christmas. It was easy to assemble, and the materials are pretty sturdy. I was pleased with the quality and look forward to watching her play with this. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly did not take too long. The little stick on lights included were extremely cheap - but we added our own lights that are motion activated and removeable to recharge - this was a nice addition for the oven and microwave.The stove top has a trigger that makes a "boiling" sound when the pot is placed on top - but only one worked. This was not something I expected - but it is sad that one works and one does not. There is no easy way to reach the mechanism to see if there is a battery.The inside of the refrigerator had not shelves, but I was able to easily add some of my own.Overall - I am pleased with the sturdiness and construction. Just note that for the details, you might want to add some of your own items.

This little kitchen is an addition to our grandkids playroom (at our house). There were so many plastic choices, but we went with the more old fashioned look in white and wood rather than plastic. We are so glad we picked this one! It is so well made and has beautiful details to it (curved base design, lights over the sink & oven, old style phone on the wall, raised stove burners, microwave, sink, handles on everything, burner controls that click when they turn). This is going to delight our three younger granddaughters (ages 3-6) and entertain them for hours. It came with pans and utensils. It took my husband about an hour to assemble. His only complaint was that the instructions should be bolder and larger as it was hard for him to see small details. Other than that, it is well worth the money and should last for years and be passed on to some other little ones when ours outgrow it.

This took me about 5 hours to put together! It was rough! Mine you, I did it alone so with help, it might have been a lot better. But this thing wore me out yesterday! It is super cute though and my daughter absolutely loves it.

When I bought this, I was expecting to spend hours assembling it no matter what brand I went with. I ended up picking this one because of the style and it happened to be on sale. First off, the stove plate was missing. Kind of annoying but no big deal. I just screwed the burners into the counter top. I ended up leaving the microwave space open for extra shelving for kitchen toys. Wasn’t a fan of the background so I covered it with peel and stick wallpaper. The holes for the oven hinges are too big so the door is wobbly and crooked. I’m sure they can be rigged somehow.The sink however….. this sink tested my patience, sanity, and my marriage. I would not buy this again solely because of the sink. Keeping it together without glue while assembling is next to impossible and the bottom piece broke. I was able to make a makeshift sink with poster board and super glue.Overall, it’s cute but just be prepared for assembly. Took probably a total of 7 hours over two nights.EDIT:DO NOT BUY THIS. Not even a month after Christmas and it’s completely fallen apart. Piece of crap. Found a Kidkraft Retro Kitchen for half the price that will hold up longer. Just ridiculous

One small light on the toy kitchen arrived broken. I contacted customer service directly and they sent two replacements in the mail quickly and easily. My daughter enjoys this more grown up version of a toy kitchen.
