Yes, thats pretty much it- I LOVE this lamp like so many other people. I moved into a townhouse that had some old-world railings that I really didn't like, but removing them wasn't in my budget so I decided to work the rest of the finishings around it. This lamp blends a simple traditional candleabra style lamp with a more contemporary drum shade to amazingly beautiful effect. The lamp is good quality and the arms of the candelabra are flexible so you can orient them any way you want. Anyway, once I got this lamp things REALLY came together in the room.I feel like the Dude in the big Lebowski- this lamp really brings the room together.Its currently night so the light is terrible so I can't get photos. I will try to take some later. But let me repeat...i LOVE LOVE LOVE this lamp!

This is perfect for my farmhouse-ish decor. Electrician assembled and installed it in about 15 minutes.

It looks great & gives a good amount of light, but the drum shade was dented & I can't get the dent out. I have to place it where fewer people will see it--on the back side.

I purchased this light as part of an update to a rental property. The install was super easy even though the instructions are terrible. Just google hanging lamp install and you will find a ton of videos. Be sure to thread you wire through the chain and you will be good to go! I hung this over a dining table and it is the perfect amount of light. The actual metal parts look closer to black than oil rubbed bronze. I took the longest time to decide which light to purchase and I am so glad we went with this one.

This is a great looking light. Recently I had purchased a similar light from Progress, one with 3 bulbs--I hated it. Replacing it with this was a good decision. The fixture gives off the right amount of light for dining and is not glaring. It hangs straight. The finishes, fabric and colors, are very nice. An electrician installed it for me. I thought I might be spending too much compared to my prior selection--but it was well worth the extra.

Love it! Exactly as pictured. My husband is pretty handy & it took him about an hour to take the old fixture out and install this one. The shade is a textured off white, not too burlappy, not too stark white. If that makes sense? Quality seems excellent. I added a pic of what it looks like from underneath since people asked about it.

This works great for our kitchen nook, traditional look with a bit of modern drum shade. Husband installed alone, would say the only complaint is hard to keep shade straight, even in pics it looks a little uneven, but I still like it.

It was exactly as promised. My husband was able to install it quickly and easily. l should say he's very adept at handling repairs and taking care of various jobs around our home so that might have something to do with the ease he experienced. The light is exactly as described. In my opinion, it is a much higher quality light than I was expecting.
