Great for being organic
This is a very mild Cocoa there’s no bitterness to it. I think it’s an overall very good Cocoa It’s not for nominal or rich thick or dark but it’s very gentle. The packaging was smaller than I thought it would be, but it’s cute.

Not worth the price
Have to add sugar. Not as sweet as expected. If you use 3 parts evaporated milk Nd 1 part water with sugar to your taste then its a great chocolate. Hiwever, I was shocked to relieve such small cN for the price I paid for it.

Not too sweet, not too bitter, it's just right
Most cocoa mixes are much too sweet for me and I don't like using raw cacao because it's too bitter and trickier for me to get the sweetness just right (an extra step I don't want to fuss with). This cocoa mix is perfect! The level of sweetness is just right -- it's not overly sweet and still has a lovely flavor. And it mixes easily with a frother or whisk
