Absolutely delicious!
I am vegan and I have to tell you, this is absolutely, surprisingly, delicious! When I first opened the package, it was a little pungent and I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it, but I put it in a bowl, added a little vegan Mayo, some finely chopped onion and salt and pepper. Then I took a small bite to taste it, and I was more than a little impressed with the flavor. It was really, really good, with a consistency very similar to real tuna. I will definitely be ordering again. And by the way, the whole pack is one serving, and only 90 calories!

NO REGRETS IN LIFE, ONLY IN THIS PRODUCT!! UNFORGETTABLE!
There certainly is a catch with this product...The worst thing I have tasted in about 20 years. Like most people, I love food. However, I often eat and finish food even if it does not taste great. My wife often complains about various smells that do not seem to bother me. As a nurse, I often smell unpleasant things. This product was very unpleasant in smell, but it did not deter me from trying it. I have enjoyed foods in the past that may not have have had a pleasant smell. However, I was quite surprised how bad this product was after the first bite. Not liking to waste food, I continued to try it again with another bite. I can deal with a lot, but I cannot deal with this rancid tasting product. Disgusting! Texture was fine I guess, but there seemed to be a new category of taste beyond bitter, beyond sour, and beyond comprehension. If there were a 6th category of taste that was regurgitating culpable, this product would meet that criteria. After quickly finding its proper location in the trash can, a mere minute went by before the emanating odor from the bag crept through the room like a rotten vinegar laden decomposing rat in a jar. As one may expect from any experience with expired rodent flesh, vinegar’esque odors do not stimulate the salivary glands as intended. WARNING: ANY salivation associated with this product is NOT an indicator of incoming tasty foods! It is much more likely to be an after-effect of consumption related to the body’s protective response of trying to coat the esophagus prior to expulsion of stomach contents (vomiting). On a personal note, I never experienced vomiting after trying this product, but it was indeed close. My self-proclaimed iron stomach and decreased-sense-of-smell nose could not accept the product’s resting place in the trash can. The instant association with odor and taste is unforgettable. It had to go. Supermarkets should consider saving customers some time by delivering this product straight to outdoor trash cans. In the case of accidentally opening up this product, one may consider checking into a hospital for altered mental status because of confusion thinking that this product could be food. Any thoughts otherwise would be unforgivable. On a side note, this product would be a great gag gift to give to someone you don’t like! Capture some smiles with their demise as they consume this “Good Catch” product!

Fantastically delicious!
I stopped eating animals a long time ago. Basically because killing beings is not a healthy way to live for the planet, for myself, nor for animals. I stumbled upon Good Catch and was amazed at the taste and the texture. A little bit of minced onion, some herbs, and a dollop of veggie mayonnaise and WOW!

It’s ok.
By itself it does not taste great. After I mixed it with vegan Mayo, celery, onion and relish then made a sandwich with lettuce it was pretty good. The texture seemed similar to tuna. I’ve not had tuna in 10 years so this satisfied that craving. Not something I would get on a regular basis but it was ok.

Amazing. -Don't pay attention to negative reviews. Trust yourself.
So I don't usually tend to leave reviews, but the amount of horrendous reviews here made me hesitant so I only purchased one to try.TL;DR: It's great. It tastes just like canned Tuna, slightly more dry and less oily, but all in all it doesn't taste fishy much, but think of it as a "light tuna flavored tuna" if that makes sense.I used to love making tuna salads with feta cheese cubes, black diced olives and grape tomatoes cut in half in olive oil and black pepper. Honestly it tasted exactly the same as it used to with real tuna. Again, maybe less oily than what canned Tuna was, but it's great! If you're hesitant - Just buy one to taste it.But honestly - If you never liked Tuna or any kind of fish before going vegan / vegetarian, then this won't be for you. If you did, however, like Tuna and used to love it - You're going to enjoy this.Easy 5 star from me. Thank you for letting me enjoy a fish-free Tuna!

Disappointed..
I really wanted to like this. But I was disappointed. It's really difficult to find a fish substitute. The texture was just okay and it was bland, even with the added mayo, onions and tomatoes in the sandwich. Also, expensive for the quantity. The search continues...

Heck yeah
Full disclosure: I originally bought this because I thought it would be so bad that it would make a funny story, but it instead has become a weekly grocery staple. If you‘re thinking about going vegan and desperately want 100% tastes-just-like-the-real thing replacements for your favorite foods, you’re going to have a real bad time. Apart from an expertly prepared impossible burger and some ice creams varieties, nothing is going to be a perfect replacement.Good Catch Tuna falls right into the “this is as good as it can possibly be” territory. I love this stuff. So much so that I eat it right out of the bag or mix with a little Just Mayo and some Violife colby jack shreds and squish it between some bread for a quick sandwich. It does the trick, hits the spot, and I’m surprised how good it is every time.To suddenly have super high expectations for something pretending to be fish that comes out of a can is hilarious. Check yourself, see if you like eating this outside the context of the canned tuna you’ve had before, and enjoy it. I can’t get enough of it, and I always add one or two to my grocery order every time.
