Kind of warm
The fit was surprisingly comfortable and I'm 5'4" and 120 pounds. I bought it to wear under scrubs in the OR and it did keep me kind of warm, but not as warm as it would have if there was a fleece layer underneath. The straps are wide like described and show under most clothes and it takes forever to dry after washing. I bought it because I needed something quickly.

I wear this underneath my work clothes to keep me warm. It does the job but I wish the neckline was lower because it sometimes pokes through v-neck shirts.
