This stuff rocks. I've used the Art of Shaving shave oil and is good stuff stuff too, but a lot more expressive. This stuff is just as effective but cost less. If you never used shave oil (like I never till 5 months ago), you'll thank yourself. I've been shaving for about 25 years without it and then was given an Xmas present of a shave kit that hadshave oil in it. What it does, it glides over your face soo much better than shave gel, shave cream or lotion only can. Gliding and less friction for me means less cuts on my face and pretty much getting all the stubble off of me on the first attempt. I used to have to run the blade over 2 or 3 times to get a close clean shave. Also it's like sharpening a knife with just water vs sharpening a knife with cutting oil, less friction with oil thus a sharper edge faster and a better edge with cutting oil. This oil keeps the blades sharper longer!! I think any shave oil in general keeps the blade lasting longer. I know go about 1 1/2 months between blades and before it was every 3 to 4 weeks. Saving by having razor blades last longer is a big plus for me.

It was smaller than i thought, good starter bag, hang straps tore from the ring the first 30 minutes of use, in all other aspects it is a good quality and its lasted so far,
