We have a very shaggy cockapoo pup who needs grooming everyday, this is an absolutely brilliant bit of kit as it saves you trying to hold your dog still, wield a brush and a blow dryer!! The only slight moan is that the lead is quite short but got the husband to hold pup and I gave him a nice heated brush up, it worked a treat and the dog didn’t freak out too bad! Heat stayed nice and warm but not too warm and he was fluffy and dry in five minutes. Hopefully we’ll help him get used to the groomers more by doing this regularly! Thank you 😊

The noise level is so much quieter than a hair dryer and my dog let me dry him with this drier - kept it on low heat setting which was gentle on his fur but havnt run the brush thru him yet as want to get him used to the drier

Bought for my Persian kitten who doesn't like the noise of a normal hairdryer but needed something to dry his high maintenance coat after the occasional bath. He still hates the noise of this one unfortunately - in fact, I really don't think it's quieter than a low setting on a hairdryer. The settings aren't to control heat, they just control the low/ high setting of the air, which again wasn't what I was expecting. Although on the plus he loves to be groomed with it and with some positive reinforcement/ treats while it's on, I'm hopeful that he'll come around to it soon 🤞

I friend shown me this and I had a lookAnd thought might as well try it esp as the price was good. Arrived next day. Tried it out on my long haired dogs and was extremely suprised at how easy it was to use.Nice a quiet, lightweight. Straightened their hair lovely and even helped to breakdown a few knots. Hair even stayed straight for a good few days after.I was a bit concerned about the style of the brush as not the normal I would use but since using it not worried.Have let a friend try it on her poodle and she then went and ordered one aswell

Bought this for my Persian. She has a terrible skin condition which means we have to bath her every week. She also has serious heart disease so getting stressed can be fatal for her.One of the main issues is trying to get her dry after her bath. She gets very fractious trying to lick herself dry and then her heart rate goes up which is a nightmare.I knew she wouldn’t tolerate a hair dryer, she doesn’t like air blowing on her although the noise doesn’t bother her.So I decided to give this a go.She absolutely loves it.Just sat next to me and let me dry her all over for 30 minutes. It stopped her getting cold and her fur is lovely and fluffy because it’s been brushed right through. After a terrible time bathing her last week, I was dreading it this week but this piece of kit has changed the game. Highly recommend. Go as far as to say life-changing for both our stress levels. One bit of constructive feedback: another smaller attachment brush would be great to get her tunny, under her chin and chest a bit easier. Thank you so much.

Tried the product and was ridiculous noise. Even on the lower setting. Also, on a lower setting it would take ages to dry a dog.Noisier than my hoover and other hairdryer.Doesn't massage and you have to use a comb to get any knits out.Got too hotTook supplier over 2 days to respond and didn't seem that bothered about the issuesI wrote back and said I wanted a refund and they said they felt sorry for me cos they checked it before it went out.Wouldn't give refund just ten pounds. This is appalling.I wouldn't advise going near this supplier as problems aren't resolved and they are very rude to their customers

I have a cavalier and this is almost twice the width of his ears. It's also extremely difficult to hold as the handle is massive. Very disappointed and am sending it back.

Great product, but awkward on small dogs, or if your dog won't stay still.

I like the fact that it is not too noisy and light weight. Works well the only thing is that the slicker brush is far to fine for our poodle and knots so i can't use it as a brush. I use my own slicker. Also if you are in Australia you need to buy an attachment to plug it into our sockets.
