This is wonderful to sprinkle on salads, soups, casseroles, etc. It is delicious with the toasted garlic flavor. It is a bit oily, but that’s a minor drawback. I haven’t tried cooking with it yet because I’ve been happy with the other uses for it, but I will try in the future. I think it might be delicious Inc. into different things.

Excellent Condiment!
Yum! It's powerfully strong, but very delicious. A little garnished on top of Chinese or Vietnamese or Thai soups and dishes goes a long way, and I like it very much. Great value also!
