I haven’t been to the doctor to get any tests results for my iron however, I am seeing results. I have been using them for less than a month I have noticed a difference in my energy and digestion. Before I started these multivitamins I was tired during the days especially once it hits between 12p-2p. Therefore, I am glad to report these are somewhat helping. There is no particular taste but however it is a big pill to swallow. Thanks to my good gag reflex, I have no issues with that. But, do not be dismayed by the size because I think you could crush them or cut them in half. The price for what you get (benefits, quantity, and quality) was competitive and worth the buy. All-in-all, I am definitely reordering.

These vitamins are prefect for my aches and pains. They are big vitamins, but they do the trick.

I eat a small but very high calorie meal before the gym and previous multivitamins in pill form have left me with sour stomach or a bad taste in my mouth as soon as I workout. I do not have the same issue with this multi. I take it with breakfast and within 45 minutes to 1 hr I am doing cardio. I do not get a sour stomach or a disgusting taste in my mouth from this multi which is different from others I have tried. I have tried a multi in many forms including liquid and I feel like for the price, this is a good multi. For a pill, this is a great multi. I'm happy with it. I am a bit of a product junkie so I skip around products but this one I have stuck with. It's affordable, convenient with Prime, and it goes the job done. I feel like I am engergized for the gym and supplemented throughout the day.

I have been on this vitamin for a few months I just increased to the above fifty with the iron included and only one tablet a day. I take it with my oatmeal in the morning some people may find it best to take it with dinner.

This is one of the best clean vitamin formulations I've found for the price! Pros: - Coenzymated B vitamins! Tricky to find in many vitamin formulations so I was glad to see them here. I have endometriosis & experience chronic fatigue; I can tell a difference in my energy levels if I skip a day. - Variety of Whole Foods! This vitamin has a fantastic selection of whole foods (ginger root, beets, and more). I eat healthy already but it's nice knowing that if I'm traveling & can't access my usual meals, this multi has me covered. - Glass Jar: Love that it's easy to recycle and glass is better for the environment! If you're trying to reduce your plastic consumption, this is an eco-friendly option. - Price!! Having any kind of chronic illness or allergy is already expensive, I really appreciate how affordable this option is. Cons: - Not enough Vitamin D for some (only 50% of your daily value), especially if you have a deficiency like many Americans. If you get regular sunshine and incorporate Vitamin D into your diet (fish & orange juice are good sources!), you should be fine but just wanted to give a heads up. - I experienced some nausea/stomach upset when I took this vitamin with my Seed Synbiotic. I don't think this is a flaw with the vitamin, just this particular vitamin & probiotic combo is too strong together (for reference, Seed has a 53 billion CFU w/ 24 different stains). I've used lower strain probiotic products (such as GTS Kombucha) in conjunction with this vitamin & experienced no issues.

I have been using this product since Christmas of 2016. After researching other vitamins this is what I found FYI No one has paid me to write this review. I have notice a major improvement in my skin. and hair. I am exercising, sleeping and eating better. I feel better. I feel more like my younger self. So much so, that I am slowing easing added white sugar from my diet. This is not a cure all tablet, but a welcome and helpful addition. It is subtle, you think hmmmm I do feel better. Hmmm I have more energy, hmmmm let's workout a little more. Seriously, won't be without them. On a different note, I missed 2 days and realize the only thing I had change in my routine was skipping my vitamin. I have notice I have more energy, and I am not dragging in the afternoon.

This is a great vitamin if you’re not getting all your nutrients from your food. I take one with breakfast everyday and doesn’t upset my stomach. They are large pills tho. So if you need something smaller or easier to swallow this may not be a good fit for you. If that’s a none issue, I would recommend. They’re worth trying out if you’ve not had them.
