This machine is airfryer perfection!
The media could not be loaded. An absolutely superb purchase. Now, when I first received this product I had issues. My machine really smelled badly like a new oven. I expected the smell to go after a time or two but it didn't. This is NOT the norm as I found out when I posted a question about it on this listing. I got a ton of answers from a lot of happy customers, all saying they didn't have any issues. But none took the opportunity to say that they'd had my problem or to slate this airfryer! You know how we are a nation who like to complain, so I knew it was a very isolated issue I had, yet there seemed to be an awful lot of happy airfryer owners out there. This is where I can tell you that Proscenic have the very best customer service possible. I took my issue to them as they are the manufacturers, hoping that they would tell me how to get rid of the new oven smell that wouldn't go. Instead, they swiftly dealt with organising a replacement machine for me and apologised profusely for the inconvenience caused, assuring me that the components of the machine are all FDA approved and food safe. Good to know!Happily, the second replacement machine lives up to the experience of absolutely everyone else who bought one. It's a complete dream to use.I had previously owned a Phillips airfryer before I bought this, and it had given me two-and-a-half years of almost daily use before it broke. I had been really happy with my top brand airfryer, but the capacity was a little small for my family needs. Even so, I had decided that I would replace it with another Phillips model. It was my husband who convinced me to get this instead. This seriously outperforms the Phillips airfryer.- It's no louder than the Phillips airfryer, if anything it's quieter (although in defence of Phillips my old airfryer was well used and may have gotten louder over time);- There's a better choice of precision controls (digital of course, unlike the comparitively priced Phillips version). You can choose from a range of presets, or customise your own temperature and cooking time;- The capacity is ridiculously large and it will comfortably cook way more than a hungry family needs, yet it really doesn't take up very much more space on the worktop;- It cooks everything to perfection and seems to be more powerful than my old Phillips model- The Alexa and phone app controls work seamlessly. I really didn't realise that this would be as useful as it is. I thought remote operation would be a gimmick but in reality I've used it an awful lot. It's also useful for checking how much cooking time is left without going back to look, which sounds a bit like a students dream to me (parents, take note!);- The basket and outer tray are pretty big and they do take up quite a lot of space in the dishwasher. They do clean up remarkably easily just washing them by hand though. I'm perfectly happy with the trade off for having a better sized airfryer capable of cooking larger quantities, because there were times when I found the smaller capacity of the Phillips to be a real inconvenience. Having more space in the fryer means that things like oven chips cook more evenly and you can spread out items much more easily.- The manufacturing quality is very high.- Proscenic have proved to me that they have outstanding customer services. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on the swift and courteous service they gave me with my issue.- This digital model is superbly designed and is capable of performing exactly, measuring and delivering precise cooking temperatures and times. That's a far cry from the Phillips I had before, where you chose a guesstimated temperature and time from an old fashioned dial. I realise that Phillips produce a digital version but the price is way more expensive than this, and and capacity is way lower... And no remote app/Alexa capabilities! What more can I say really? I'm totally, completely bowled over by this airfryer. There's no way I'd swap it for a Phillips!I've included a short and badly focused clip to show it being turned on and off remotely, for those doubters who don't believe that this is a smart airfryer. I can tell you that it's the smartest airfryer going!I hope my review is useful :)

Proscenic T21 Air Fryer
We bought this air fryer to reduce the amount of fat in certain meals that we like to eat.Wow. Did not expect it to be so easy to use. The preprogram buttons make it so simple.Since we have been air frying our chips, amongst other things like chicken legs, breasts and chicken wings, pork chops, steak. coated fish, crispy spicy beef, etc. we have both lost weight. We haven't cooked in our oven or for that matter on the hob very much since we have recieived the Proscenic, so we are probably saving on electricity as well. You can even make little pastries and muffins in it.The recipes included are very good and cook up perfect every time, but what's best is the fact that you can have a meal in much less time, without the added fat. Chicken legs and especially chicken wings come out fantastic, really juicy. Home made chips are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. We have also parboiled potatoes, sprayed a bit of oil on them and made roasted potatoes in it. We make our chips with a spicy coating, so we do add a tiny bit of oil to them just to make the coating stick before popping them in the air fryer. We have cooked pizza, pork chops and steak in it as well. Everything cooks up very tasty and the meat is always perfect. It is also surprising how easy it is to clean this air fryer. We haven't tried out the technology offered with this cooker yet so can't really comment on that, however, we are so very pleased with this purchase.Arrived in its own sturdy box undamaged and arrived on time. Pleased with this seller.Highly recommend this fryer for the ease of use alone. There are plenty of recipes online too, as well as on you tube. If you come home from work not having enough energy to cook a meal for yourself, you will be surprised how quick and easy it is to cook a meal in the Proscenic T21 Air Fryer. Fantastic air fryer.

Truly amazing!
Its my first ever Air fryer. I have been debating to buy one for ages, but this one was recommended by my friend who has been using it for a while. Since I have bought it I have made home made chips, fish fingers, chicken nuggets, fresh chicken breasts and heated a few other things. I am quite impressed with it. It takes very less time and cooks everything evenly. I am not a tech person and like things to be simple. I know it works with an app and Alexa as well. But I haven't connected it to anything yet. Next mission! It comes with a large size basket which is extremely easy to clean. The design it very niche and sits well in a corner of my kitchen worktop. It comes with a pre-heat option as well. It takes far less time than a conventional oven. I haven't used my oven for a while now surprisingly! I used to heat my left over pizza in a micro which made it really soggy. I was amazed when I heated my pizza in the Air fryer. It was crispy and evenly hot. I was very impressed. I tried doing sausage rolls as well. I was very happy with the result. It is even easy for my 12 and 13 yr old children to use as well. I was always worried for them to use the oven but this is a lot safer for them to cook a quick snack after school as I am at work. So far extremely happy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy an Air fryer.
