Has a 9-inch screen, lots of other features more expensive units do not provde, but the company needs to provide, before sale, the updated guidie book and map(s) which you get from them via email AFTER you complain about the inadequacies of the information they provide. It also appears to be for a long haul truck driver but that is the perspective of someone who did not get the updated manual before he (I) decided to send it back. There is good value with this unit, but buyers NEED to know the map the unit comes with must be replaced and, by the company's own admission, the manual enclosed with the purchase is inadequate which makes setup a pain.

I received this item as a gift. Unfortunately the box had a missing part...the back bracket. I contacted Vinone many times in one week. The first email, the signature had an English alphabet signature and another in Chinese. Whoever Nichole is could never figure out what the problem was. She kept letting me know the unit had no brackets to loose. In the end of our conversation, she did tell me if I would give them a 5 Star rating, they would give me a $10.00 gift card. People...$10.00, $100.00 or $1000.00 would be enough to get me to write a 5 star rating on a Zero star company. Amazon, like Amazon always does takes care of it's customers even though Vinone doesn't.

I recieved this just before Christmas this past year and after multiple frustrating attempts can STILL not get the maps updated or working. This included the company sending me a rather confusing YouTube video that I've tried to use many times. It's too confusing and jumps from one application to another and from the GPS unit to the computer and back so many times that I couldn't follow it. They delayed me enough that it's past the return date now. Let's see if they make good on my refund for this piece of garbage or if all this was just a delaying tactic.

Plug and play, this navigator is so easy to use. I was searching for a big size car GPS navigation to guide me for my planed travel from New York to Tampa Florida. I did’t downloaded any upgrade or any software i just typed the address and i drove all the way south following the directions to my final destination. Night driving it was smooth and not distracted by the brightness of the screen, easy to use, it could be dimmed lower or up. The price is so low so i don’t care if they steal it from my car, i’ll just buy an another one, it's a great deal.

Hi, I tried this next to my old tom-tom on a 2 hour trip. When it would tell me to turn I was right in the intersection and it also would not tell me the name of the street you were to turn on. On the plus it was easy to program and easy to read. Sorry but I sent it back. the sad part is the two big guys in gps sound like their newer units aren't as good as the earlier model. do your reattach and get one with a good refund policy

Very clear. Did NOT come with directions. User is not computer savvy. Couldn't figure out how to change configurations. And would not show updated roads.

the very first thing on the instructions is connect the "mount" to the devise....THERE IS NO MOUNT IN BOX!!!
