Gotu Kola helps me stay on task. It clears brain fog and melancholy; I am doing all of my homework and getting better grades in school. I have even noticed less fatigue after a long day on my feet. This is my fourth bottle! [EDIT: 8/25/2017] The new bottles include a warning with California Proposition 65. According to the settlement available on the state website, this particular warning means the maximum daily suggested dose contains between 0.5 and 15 mcg of lead. I only ever take one capsule out of the suggested four per day, but how much lead is too much? I decided to compare this to the level of lead found in my municipal water supply (City of Fargo). The city's published report, available online, states that my water contains 3 ppb lead. To calculate the lead content of a maximum "daily dose" of water, let's say 1 liter, I multiplied the water weight (1 kg = 1,000 g = 1,000,000 mg = 1,000,000,000 mcg) times the lead content indicated by the report (3 parts per billion) and found that a daily liter of city water contains 3 micrograms of lead. In conclusion, the lead in one liter of municipal city tap water = 3 mcg. Compare to the lead in one capsule of Organic India Gotu Kola = 0.125 to 3.75 mcg. If that is enough to make you worry, then find a different supplier. If not, then enjoy your Organic India Gotu Kola.

I bought this product to help my memory and because it it also supposed to help keep your brain healthy. The capsules are easy to swallow and you only take one a day.There is no nasty after-taste. I have replaced my Ginkgo supplement with Brahmi - Gotu Kola. It seems to help my memory just as good.

Vi el resultado a los días pude notar que me ayudaba bastante. Note que tenía que hidratarme bien ya que si no sentía un leve dolor de cabeza en mi caso. Del resto no sentí otro síntoma
