MAKE A WIFE HAPPY~!!!! SAVE A MARRIAGE~!!!I say that because now that my husband is wearing the Banglijian hearing amplifiers he can hear me~!!!! I do not have to repeat and repeat and repeat what I say. What a difference between his hearing with the Banglijian hearing amplifers and the hearing aids he was wearing. When he was wearing his expensive hearing aids I had to constantly repeat everything I said.My husband is retired and the hearing aids cost a kings ransom on the limited budget of a retiree~!!! These hearing amplifiers were definitely affordable and we could charge the battery rather than buying batteries all the time~~so big savings for us. I bought these for my husband who was wearing hearing aids. The hearing aids were constantly breaking or stopped working. We were always buying batteries for the hearing aids.He likes the way they fit and that they are not really noticeable. I like the way they work~!!!! He has had these for about 6 months now and has not had any problems with them. Hooooray for Banglijian Hearing Amplifiers.

I purchased a pair of rechargeable hearing aids from Banglijian about a month ago. Overall, working with the company was an extremely positive experience, and I recommend them for their integrity and customer focus.The bad news is that these hearing aids were not compatible for my hearing loss. As it typical with many hearing aids, they are focused on the high frequency range, and so some noises cut through more than others. When my dog shook her head, the tags on her collar were such a shrill, sharp sound, that the sound shot through my entire head. But this is very typical, from what I've read, of many hearing aids.And like most reasonably priced hearing aids, the adjustments do not address the frequency issue. There is no smartphone app to adjust the various sound pattern. The volume and environmental choices do not change the frequency.And then, 3 days after my 30 day return period ended, one unit just shut down. It wouldn't hold a charge. The other unit held a charge, but I had to recharge it nightly.So I contacted the seller and requested a full refund. They first offered a replacement set, as my opportunity to request a refund had expired. Their offer was quick and without any hesitation. However, I again requested a refund, given the circumstances.They immediately offered a full refund, and they were very courteous and polite about it. I was pleasantly surprised that they made the process so easy for me, and they were gracious to extend the return period. They refunded my purchase immediately, even before they received the items back. Impressive.Because of this, I am willing to give this company a second chance. I can highly recommend them for their business practices, and I sincerely think their product should be given a fair trial. I know my needs include a smartphone app for adjustable frequencies, and I hope that a model that offers this functionality is something they are considering.

It was a good amplifier but it did not help my hearing I had to send back. I wish it could have used it because it was the best as far as background noise but the voices still seemed mumbled

Thought this would be better than another rechargeable brand that I bought that got damaged because it claimed to have more advances processing. My issues with this one is there is a noticeable delay on some of the high frequency sounds. Also it occasionally just makes a sound that just wasn't there. Finally after three months it got stuck in a super high gain mode that would not respond to the controls, extreme feedback and too loud, totally unusable.

Amazed! The company was unhappy with my review. They sent a upgraded model for me to try. No charge. The new unit is easier to use and the sound is very life like. Very satisfied with the company product and most importantly customer service.

It is easy to set up, can be worn with glasses, quality is good, the battery has been used for a long time.

OK, I'm an old guy and my hearing is pretty bad, especially the frequency of human voices. I read many many reviews of this product and similar amplifiers and decide to go with this brand. As most of you are aware the price of hearing aids is ridiculous and the industry that makes and sells them is as close to a racket as you can get. While the Fed is pretending to do something about drug prices they should also be looking into the hearing aid business. Due to increased noise levels and too much loud music in teen and adult ears, there is a growing population of folks that have impaired hearing and are going to need some sort of hearing "aid". If this were a legitimate industry with fair prices and practices then why is it not covered by Medicare?So this Rechargeable Personal Sound Amplifier is an affordable way to hear what people are saying, but for most other uses I cannot tolerate it. It may or may not work for you, but from what I hear (ha ha) from folks that use expensive hearing aids, they are not really very happy with them considering the cost, but some folks will put up with anything for a bit of improvement.One important note, the rechargeable batteries are a big improvement over the fiddly little batteries, but you still need pretty nimble fingers to use these amplifiers; not always easy for some folks who fingers are not as functional as they used to be.
