This cupping is good quality, fairly priced, and effective.
My physical therapist used this brand on me and suggested that I purchase a set for home. The set is easy to use, the different sizes are great for different parts of the body and the set functions as promised. I especially love the design on the small cup that is curved, it fit perfectly on the side of my arm near the elbow. I have problems with my neck and have improved range of motion, less spasms, and less pain using the cups. Also successfully used on my daughter’s knotted back and husband wrist. The PT is impressed with the durability when used in clinic, so I’m looking forward to using these for a long time,

Great Value/High Quality Product
This is a great cupping set. It’s the third set I have bought of this brand. So much easier and safer than the fire cupping. And travels well. We take them on trips with us because we use them all the time. I think they must have made some improvements because the pump action is so much smoother on this new set. I have recommended this set to many of my friends and family. One 24 cup set will give pretty good coverage, but we needed more cups to really cover my husband’s whole backsides and cup everything in one go. The cupping really helps move the fluid buildup that my husband deals with after his accident. These sets have saved us a lot of time and money in massage appointments. It’s also saved me from ruining my hands trying to help push the fluid out of my husband’s legs.Great for a lot of other uses too. I use them to get those pesky knots out of my shoulder blades after late night computer work and I even used them to pull a rib back into place when I put it out accidentally. Stopped the pain right away. Also on bug bites... I used them for a nasty spider bite that wasn’t healing up and in fact getting worse. Turned the situation around immediately. Used them on Miskito bites too. Works great!Of course, I don’t put cups where they aren’t supposed to go, so if you are new to cupping, please follow directions for safety.

Great set to start out with
As a massage therapist I wanted to look into cupping after introduced by another therapist. Her set is a different medical grade brand and has a little thicker poly carbonate plastic with quick release rubber valves (so just a slight push of the thumb to release a little at a time) so she can also perform a "slide & glide" technique. This set I purchased is good for the most part, and I think it's a great set to start out with and learn from or to keep for personal use. However, I may go with my colleague's set next time for the office because I feel the durability and ease of the release on the cups on her set are better. The release tops on these are hard plastic that need to be pulled up, so it's difficult to regulate the pressure release without releasing all at once & restarting. The other issue is trying to hold the hose on the cup while self-cupping hard to reach places, like the back. It doesn't have a great seal when trying to hold with one hand behind the back to position and trying to keep the hose attached. I also don't think I would try a slide & glide technique with these cups. The plastic feels thin and I fear it could lead to cracking or breakage that could harm a client. However, based upon the intent of use on this product, I still believe it can be a good set and worthy investment for the price offered and what it all comes with. The manual does have English in very small print (with a few other languages), but having some knowledge already on Meridian lines will be more useful. Tested out magnets a few times, but haven't been able to pick up on a difference between using them or not, plus there's no manual that really defines how to best use them other than to identify the polarities of each magnet's color. Supposedly the magnets work like acupuncture without the needle (a plus in my book if I can figure them out).

These suck, but in a really good way!
My wife is getting a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, so using cupping was one of the things she was taught. Unfortunately for her, she was taught the "traditional" way with fire and glass cups. This is both inefficient and time-consuming, even if equally effective in the long-term.As it happens these are very well made, overall. The plastic isn't thin and there are no sharp edges. The suction gun is a bit tricky to put on and take off, but that's just practice (and a good, strong hand). One can use these alone (though that's not recommended), since the included hose allows someone to reach pretty much anywhere they can reach and still apply a therapeutic level of suction. And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to use them. This isn't a toy, for all that it's almost entirely made of plastic. And when one considers the cost of traditional cups, versus the cost of this, among other considerations of fire hazards, burning someone or other issues involved with the traditional method we all saw in the Karate Kid remake, I'd highly recommend these for anyone who needs this kind of thing.I don't give out five star reviews often, but these clean up well, seem sturdy enough, are simple to apply, allow for more suction control than traditional methods and are safer to use, plus they're comparatively inexpensive. If you have a need for something like this, there is nothing not to love here.
