I use these OEM filters on a first gen Tundra 4.7L and first gen Tacoma 2.4L. It is bigger than the stock filter for the Tacoma, but I love it.

Genuine Toyota oil filter. Nothing fancy except for it being the same thing that came on your Toyota straight from the factory. For those of you that like to stick with OEM parts, this is the ticket. I usually like to say witty things in my reviews to make things fun, but I'm at a loss here.....BUT, I will help answer some of the common questions I've commonly seen asked: Yes, this oil filter comes with a gasket. The open end of the filter is even sealed with clear plastic to keep out debris and creepy little bugs. No, this does not come with an oil drain plug gasket. You should buy some of those. A new drain plug gasket is cheap insurance against oil leaks. I know we've all changed oil at some point and used the old one, but come on guys--and ladies--buy some new ones. They're cheap. Will this fit your 1956 Ford?
