Amazingly easy to install
I ordered this to extend my home LAN to another building. They describe this as plug and play, and it really is. Plug it in, point the antennas at each other, and shazam, it worked. They claim a distance of up to 3 miles, and it may carry that far. I am only shooting it about 250 feet. The throughput is amazingly fast. I spent the extra money for the POE (Power over Ethernet) so I could plug the ethernet connector into the house and just run one cable to the antenna. It was worth the extra money for this feature. I'd definitly recomment purchasing this unit. Pretty amazing and effective.

BEWARE OF SECURITY CONCERNS!!!
A little background, I have installed three sets of these wireless bridges at the company where I work. Overall, they work great. We generally get great throughput, and they're really easy to set up for a newbie. Pretty much just plug and play. That being said, I was very shocked one day when setting up a pair of these. The "side B" antenna connected to another "side A" antenna that had already been installed for a separate bridge, rather than the new "side A" antenna that came in the pack. The problem is that every set of these are sent out using the same wireless password! The description here says "The units will automatically find their peer and create a secure wireless network link." Well it's not secure! If you just plug the antennas in and stick with the default settings, anybody that knows the default password will be able to hijack your wifi. NOT GOOD! And there are no warnings to tell you this! I had always assumed that each pair was sent out with it's own unique password, kind of like when you buy a wireless router from Best Buy these days and it comes pre-configured with a random password. Or perhaps they could leave them all with the same password, but after initial pairing have the firmware generate a random password and assign it to both antennas. But the way these are set up by default, and the way it's advertised as "plug-and-play", without any warnings regarding security, is irresponsible, lazy, and unethical!

Awesome product! I installed this between our house and the dog kennel that I built for my wife who is in the volunteer rescue business so that she could have wifi and a security system that she can access via the internet and the wifi that I set up out there is faster than the one we have in the house! Super easy to install, comes with everything needed, you don't have to buy additional cable if the point where you plan to mount your antennae is 100' or less from the switch or router you plan to plug it into. The only thing negative that I could say about this product is that the directions are a little inadequate but I'm no geek and even I could figure it out and it has performed well so I give it 5 stars.

Excellent Value product
What is not to like about this product? Not much. It is strong, well packaged, and our previous uses have exposed it to driving winds, snow, ice, and blazing hot sun. We have had to reboot them a few times when conditions were extreme, but overall these packages work really well in our short distance, good line of sight, scenarios. I would highly recommend them, and they have a very good policy in that if they don't work, send them back.

Easy set up and install, Plenty of power. Desperate warehouse now has high speed wifi and on LAN
We used this to extend a 50Mb fiber service at one warehouse to another, only about 300 foot away. Trenching not an option due to drainage ditches and hardened roadway between.Just mounted them directly to the outside of the warehouses, used some large washers and 1/4" bolts n nuts. Could have easily just used a piece of wood instead of fussing with the large washers. Hole saw through the wall for a PVC pipe with a downturn and short down pipe for the cable to run through and keep water out. Sealant on the joints. Primary side plugs into POE injector and then the router, secondary side plugs into POE injector into network switch. Easy job.We failed to mount the first device "sideways" so we couldn't get a good left/right aim as the mounting locations were not directly across from each other. But it didn't matter at all. At that distance, even if we pointed the second device 45 degrees in the wrong direction through a window, it still pulled a full 50 Mb/s Internet speed test. We even tried pointing it straight down on the desk below the window and it still got 50, we had to physically put it flat on the concrete ground to get it to fail... We turned down the power level down to 15 dBm to reduce the splash. Currently getting a SNR of 57 which I believe is pretty good.I would say the only Con is the way the devices connect to their mounting plate, its just a single little wingnut which is difficult to tighten down, which I worry may end up failing after some high wind storms, but we shall see! So far REALLY GOOD.

This P2P wireless bridge is perfect if you need to connect devices on a network that are farther apart that CAT 6 cable will support. My two units are approximately half a mile apart and have been working flawlessly since I purchased them 6 months ago. In fact, I installed them, connected one to my a fixed port on my wireless router and the other to a wireless router on the other end. Turned them on and they connected on the 1st try. They have been working ever since and I haven't had to touch them at all. It's just like having a CAT 6 cable connection. Mfg says they will work up to 8 miles line of site with no obstructions. Can't confirm this, but my half mile connection cuts thru a heavily wooded area without any problem. Would definitely recommend this setup.
