Half mechanical keyboard
Amazing keyboard for the price. Feels like a $200 full mechanical board. The macros work very well. All keys are well made. Quieter than a full mechanical board. Backlight colors are pleasant on the eye. You Can replace the top switches with cherry MX one's for a more mechanical clackety sound and stiffness. It feels like a yellow switch ( fastest mechanical switches) and is a bit heavier than expected. Only drawback is that 3 or 4 keys are kind of special so I'm not sure if the enter key and alt key caps can be replaced without going through the manufacturer. All in all a very good board. You can play at night with a significant other and not bother them with the clackety sounds, that isn't to say that it is silent. For 20$ it's worth buying. It could make a great birthday present for an up and coming gamer. I really love the volume toggle, I use it often. Every key is well spaced apart to avoid accedental key strokes. It comes with a sloped high quality palm rest that makes it look very nice. Only thing I thought could be better was the space bar, instead of it saying " space" it had the company logo and name on it, and I prefer less distractions when typing or gaming. The sensitivity is very similar to a full mechanical board and I like how the keys bottom out. After typing a lot in a mechanical board I feel like I just smacked the ends if my fingers on something, but this is forgiving, if you are gaming intensely and slam down on the keys in a full mechanical board you can get sore fingers, but after playing DOOM for a few hours on this half mechanical board my fingers are ready to dominate the next check point. It's a nice compromise between the two types of keyboards, A+.

Loud, but it's shouting at your enemies.
Alright, I've been using this keyboard for a good while now, and I LOVE it. The ONLY reason I am giving this a 4, is JUST because I have had some minor issues in the keyboard forgetting/not clicking the macro keys. BUT EVEN WITHOUT THEM, this keyboard is amazing. First, the FEEL of it is superb. Nothing like decimating your enemies with the swift and profound clicky clacking of the right keyboard, and pressing that final kill shot button feels so much more superb. Now, the clicky clacky IS loud, but that's part of why I wanted it, so be warned there. I've read things about the volume scroll on the top right having issues, but I've never even used it, I find using the programed function keys to be FAR more useful and quicker to get to. I use most of them regularly. OH!! ONE MORE BIG FEATURE I FELL IN LOVE WITH! Win Lock. Man, do I love it. This was a fantastic buy, totes recommended, but be warned, those quiet nights get a bit louder. But it's worth it for the FEEL, and when you are used to it, it's stupendous. OH! And, just for a heads up, it looks MUCH more appealing in person than those pics. The orange is almost a bright reddish, and barely visible, while the keyboard is blue itself.

Almost perfect
Awesome keyboard, the purple backlight is fantastic and I like the feel of the keys a lot. The space bar is a little clunky is probably my only minor complaint. By that I mean that the rest of the keys have this nice "click-clack" sound to them while the space bar has more a clunk, weird complaint but you start to notice it when you are typing fast for long period of time. Really like it otherwise, and the layout and style is quite nice.

Delivered as Advertised
Like: Heavy duty, easy to clean, and the lighting is bright. It is as advertised with responsiveness and ability to take the wear and tear of mashing for hours.Dislike: Really nothing to speak of. Getting used to the spacing between keys is about the only thing worth mentioning.FYI: No frills. This is as advertised. A gamer's delight for pounding on. If your looking for USB extensions, fans, and numerous hotkeys, it's probably not the choice for you.

Great value
UPDATE 2016-06-05:The keyboard failed on me after less than a week of use. I was using the volume rocker on the top right of it and then a bunch of random keys started typing and calculator apps started popping up all over the screen. It seems to stop after a while but as soon as I use the volume knob again the sequence repeats all over again. I read a recommendation by the manufacturer on how to reset the keyboard but it didn't work. So, I'm returning it.----------------------------------------------------------------Looks great, feels great, very happy. I wish the volume rocker turned all the way around, the logo on the spacebar wasn't so big and the letters on the backlit keys were brighter and clearer, but for the price, this gaming keyboard can't be beat!

and if you push them in a way the keyboard doesn't like, it sends the input 1-2 extra times
If it wasn't $50 off, I'd probably be giving it 1 star. The reason I bought a new keyboard is because my 10 year old keyboard was falling apart, and almost every key had a problem with either not registering, or clicking multiple times per press. Hilariously enough, this brand new keyboard has the exact same problem. The keys are way too sensitive, and if you push them in a way the keyboard doesn't like, it sends the input 1-2 extra times. I can't reproduce this consistently, which means I can't avoid it consistently. I wouldn't recommend buying this unless you have no real other options and it's on sale for more than 60%. Definitely be ready to send it back for a refund, though.

great product for the price.
took awhile to get used to this. 5 months in and very nice the only issue that has appeared is the keys are starting to lose the black on the edges and around some letters. W,A,S, D, and F are rapidly (considering only 5 months) being worn away.

Will never buy another
Best keyboard I've come across, the half-mechanical keys province the best of both worlds by creating a tactile but smooth keypress. The backlight is strong, and has a color-changing mode for ambient effect. The volume knob is perfectly retro. There are macro keys. Yes, it is very comfortable. What more do you need from a keyboard? My only wish is that it were spaghetti-proof, I would'nt've had to purchase a replacement.
