It actually works quite well, the energy boost is quite subtle, and a lot of times I don't realize that I have more energy until the family point it out. The appetite suppressant is quite effective also. I still get hungry, but only end up eating a small fraction of what I normally do.The only con for me is the size of the pill, and the casing, I have a hard enough time swallowing normal pills, so it is very difficult for me to swallow these without drinking warm coffee so the casing softens a little and goes down easier.

This garcinia really works! I've been working out for a year and eating healthy and have lost 37 pounds using garcinia cambogia. It naturally helps your body burn fat easier and I'll never stop taking it.

I just finished the bottle today. I'm down about 15 pounds from when I started taking these supplements. The directions say to take 2 per day, I believe. After doing that for a couple weeks and not seeing any results, I doubled up on the dosage. From everything I've read, the max mg you should take is 3000mg per day. So at 700mg per capsule, 4 capsules puts you right under the max. At the time I began taking 4 capsules, I also started taking green coffee bean extract supplements. I read those 2 supplements typically work well together and are often taken simultaneously. It took a full month for me to see a difference on the scale. However, I can't tell you it's because of this product alone. The 2 weeks I used it by itself, I was not pleased with the results, which is why I went up on the dosage and added the green coffee bean extract supplements. Around that time, I really started eating better and drinking only water. So between all those things, I've lost 15 pounds so far in nearly 2 month's time. Other family members started noticing a difference before the scale did. I have lost more inches than pounds and am fitting in clothes now that didn't fit before. However, from the reading I did prior to purchasing this supplement, I expected my results to be much better. Especially with the HCA of this supplement at 80%. My weight loss goal from the start was 100 pounds. I'm handicapped so most exercising isn't possible. The only form of exercise I'm capable of is swimming so I was really relying on these to help me.What I can tell you about these supplements specifically is that I haven't had a single negative side effect. I have a few heart problems (Supraventricular Tachycardia, Mitral valve prolapse, murmur) but these haven't bothered me at all. Also, there's no after taste with these. None at all! I did notice it is an effective appetite suppressant. I'm not eating as much as I used to. Unfortunately, I have not felt much of an energy increase, if any at all. I have a 2 year old so I would've greatly appreciated an increase in energy to help me keep up with my little man. Overall, I can't recommend this product. I purchased a different brand with identical ingredient labels (and amounts) a few days ago in hopes of better results! Fingers crossed!
