Well Done
A clear visual aid to identifying North American snakes. For serious budding herpetologists, a concise text book is recommended to go along with this poster. I was fascinated by snakes at an early age, and this poster would have been a valuable educational tool.

Inaccurate, leading to the death of harmless snakes.
Extremely unaccurate. The 'Coral snake' image is actually a picture of a scarlet king snake. Scarlet kings are harmless; you can tell it's not a coral snake because the red and black bands do not touch. Many scarlet king snakes are killed because of this misconception.

Herpetology
I bought this for my grandson who aspires to become a Herpetologists. SImen is a walking encyclopedia of snakes and all things reptiles. We put this Snake poster on his bedroom door- looks great. He loves the intricate color patterns of snakes, and I'm beginning to see the beauty of them too.
