This chandelier is amazing! It was not hard to put together and comes halfway assembled.It is made of high quality materials, obviously beautiful and is worth every penny!NOW about the company. After I installed this chandelier I wanted to put a ceiling medallion above it. I had to take it down in order to install the medallion. While taking down the chandelier it fell about 12 FEET to a marble floor. The chandelier was barely damaged and only needed a few pieces to repair it. I contacted the company to get the parts and I was fully willing to pay for them because I was the one who damaged it. They they got back to me within 12 hours and asked me which parts I needed. They asked for pictures of the parts only to make sure what they were sending me was correct. They sent me exactly each piece that I needed and didn't ask for a dime. Every email interaction was very friendly and helpful.If you are on the fence about this chandelier, take my advice and buy it today. You won't be disappointed!THANK YOU KUNMAI!!

This thing is a royal pain in the ass to put together. It took two of us almost an hour. It does look awesome.

I didn't give it 4 stars because its just how I feel & overall we kept it so it must be a 5. We are building a new home. We know if we buy from Amazon rather than the peferred lighting store it can't come close to Amazon's price. We saved hundreds on this beauty. We haven't had it hung yet but when we do it will sparkling with those glass chandelier crystals. I will add more crystals to it before its hung. It comes almost all put together. The packaging was very good too. You have to add the crystals but you just need to add them not build them. Its easy. Add the already essabled outer cage piece that come unattached so you can easily put inner part together first. I love it for our entry way.

This is a beautiful chandelier and the company has been very easy to work with. I needed extra chain and they mailed to me without an extra charge.

This light fixture is beautiful! We have a huge space and it was the perfect size and beautiful!
