Phonak Paradise, Lumity, Marvel, and Belong Charger Case (case only, works for RIC)

Unit works great for charging my hearing aids but it is kind of fragile. The plug in the back can stop working with repeated plugging and unplugging

Charger that came with her Costco hearing aids wasn't reliable and we wasted a lot of trips trying to get it fixed or replaced, a 4 hour round trip for us. Finally discovered other people had the same problem and recommended this charger and it works great, no problems now. Highly recommend it.

Needed an extra charger for Phonak hearing aides for travel. This fit the bill and is exactly the same as one purchased with devices. Just used for a week long trip and no problems. Half the price was the seller for me!Was delivered earlier than expected in perfect condition.

UPDATE: Doesn't work always right. All green lights showing charged and then blinks again to charge. SO/SO and hopefully okay for now. Former review: Through my audiologist, I've had Phonak hearing aids and this charger, which were fine. I ordered a new charger when it stopped working correctly. This seems okay, but WHY is there no manual included? I know what the colored lights mean (green, yellow, red, blinking, etc.), but when the older one acted weird, I wondered. I called Amazon and they said no manual is included. Crazy, especially if one had never used this product before. Direct from the company I believe includes a manual.

I purchased this to replace the charging case that came with my Kirkland 10 hearing aids which died after a couple of years. This charging case is by the same company that manufactured the Kirkland 10s and, except for color, appears to be identical. My hearing aids are working again and I'm happy!

I have purchased this product twice, through Amazon. Both items were Original equipment made by Sonova, the same manufacturer as for the charger I received when I purchased my hearing aids. Both items were defective in the same ways that the original charger failed. They stop charging at some point in the night then proceed to drain the hearing aid battery so that when I go to put them in one hearing aid is not charged. I have seen a solid green light (fully charged) from both hearing aids, in the middle of the night, then found one uncharged in the morning. The problem has occurred on both L and R sides. The problem is intermittent. This has also happened during daytime when I have attempted to top up a hearing aid whose battery has been depleted through use. I have a mini-charger that this has never happened with. This seems to be a design issue as charger after charger are defective in the same way. As an aside, I do not believe that the customer should be required to pay for shipping back an item returned because it is defective (items purchased from Local Battery).

After losing my bag for 3 days when traveling, I realized how vulnerable I would be without my hearing aid charger. I got this 2nd one for a backup, and the pricing was GREAT compared to the cost of a local audiologist in the nearby resort town.
