Very high quality. Does not make my stomach sick. I had horrible restless legs and read an article to take the probiotics that are in this one and my RLS has completely gone away. If I miss this for a day or two it comes back so I know it's this helping. You do have to keep it in fridge.

i found these through medical medium and i’m glad i found them! i take them at night before i go to sleep and they don’t hurt or make my stomach feel weird, like others have in the past. i’ve been taking them for two weeks now and i feel like they’re helping my stomach and health! win, win! *update, it’s been a few months of taking these and i definitely notice a difference in my health. i started taking them to help balance my yoni and it has definitely helped improve and heal a yeast problem fluconozole couldn’t, that started after my postpartum phase! if you’re looking to help support your women’s health, these will likely be your friend. :) side note: i have taken when i have a bloated/upset stomach & they work extremely well fast and literally help my stomach feel better. i love that the ingredients are super clean and it’s the best probiotic ive found that includes strains for vaginal health. i believe since the ingredients are so clean, you could also insert one to help reset your flora directly either after sx or menstruation!

Any time you start a Probiotic your stomach will need to adjust, but after that you'll love this product. I purchased this for my daughter and she's doing well with it.

I started taking these & Digest Spectrum together. So far so good! I tend to get really bloated & have a hard time processing raw veggies & this has helped a lot. I used to take something I needed to refrigerate & now I can take these anywhere I need to. Very convenient. I take 1 before each meal.
