Of course like every new item you gotta get used to it and see what works for you. This belt is pretty durable and strong for what it is used for. The 2 loops do move from your side to the front of your belly. With some good straps and clips you can hook up a plate on each side or hook to a low cable machine.

I bought 2 of these for using with my personal training clients to drag sleds. I like having the 2 D rings. It makes it more comfortable and versatile than belts that only have one centered D ring. Most of my clients find this belt very comfortable, and that they can adjust it to fit them. There are some that are a little larger that it doesn't fit well and it's too tight and uncomfortable. If they made the straps a little longer to adjust for a broader spectrum of waist sizes, that would have been ideal. But overall they are fantastic for the money and I'd recommend them and buy them again.

Comfortable works as expected. Clasp is solid, supported tension for booty exercise.

Daughter has to do a very specific physical therapy exercise at home every day. This allows us to link the belt to a wall anchor to achieve the exercise. Glad I found this.

My 7 year old used this and it broke within a few workouts.

Ok this is embarrassing but I used this to strap around my waist and then strap my 3 suitcases (luggage) to it to pull at the airport while I push my kids in the stroller in front of me. It’s a big congo line of bags behind me but it totally did the trick!

Absolutely not worth the money. Its so cheap its falling apart and the belt is so tiny it wouldn't fit any adult.. Its child size. Waste of money. I'm returning this.
