Order larger than you need!
It said they adjusted the sizes but it was too small. ..first pair came quickly and when I returned them my refund came quickly. ...Second pair is just sitting somewhere never updating tracking and could take 2 months to deliver. ..winter will be almost over by then. ..hope they fit....they did seem comfortable when I tried them on just too small

Tad too small.
I really do like these boots. They fit sorta small-because my toes are kind of long, but going another half size or whole size up would've been too big for the rest of my foot (I knew they ran small, so I did order one size bigger, I have narrow feet too) . Hard sole will be good for the winter.

This product runs about 2.5 sizes too small. I ordered a women's US 12 for my daughter who wears an 11 and I (a size 9.5) found them tight on my feet.

Run very very small
The size 12 was about a size 9 1/2. Wayyyyyy too small. Not horrible quality but I can't imagine them lasting long.

It's a size smaller, so, instead of a 10, I ordered an 11 and they fit just right. And they are so comfy!
