Book is a gem on leadership secrets and I am sure will read multiple times. My manager recommended this book to me during my annual focal point review and glad he did it. I loved every chapter and laying down the fundamental principles of leadership with practical simple and real world examples and situations. It should be a must read for everyone in the organization. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone and plan to practice the principles in everyday life.

Great book if you’re wondering how to lead others but also give yourself some credit along the way. I think all of those in leadership positions should give this a good read.

Excellent packaging and fast deliveryThis book has been both more and less than I thought it would be. The insights of Powell are great kernels of ways to live our lives and not just for the generals of the world. What's missing is the thought process that goes into when to buck the system to change it, other than waiting until you're in charge. I will soon see the effects of his advice when implemented at a lower level.
