Effective and well-designed, but could use some improvement.
Same story as for most - our 2 yr old is strong, stubborn, and climbs like a monkey. He was escaping his crib and sleeping sideways in our bed, with his head on his mama and his feet in my ribs, every single sleepless night. This tent was miraculous, at first. It fit perfectly into the crib, and after some initial fireworks, Kiddo adapted to the tent within 3 days, and we've slept through many nights since. However, there are two flaws/issues.First, four external ties are used to attach the four corners of the tent to the crib, per instructions. While Kiddo adapted to the tent quickly, the first night he did not appreciate being confined, and pulled and pushed then tent every which way from within. The tent itself held up admirably, flexibly springing back to its original shape after every deformation, but the ties on each corner are not sewn onto to the tent itself very well, and one ripped right off within the first 5 min. Design-wise, I'd recommend using some reinforced fabric/stitching to make that attachment point more robust.Second, and more problematic, within two months, kiddo has learned to unzip the tent from the inside, by grasping the head of the zipper (not the hanging part one usually grasps) and pulling it down. We're still trying to figure out how to prevent that, but some way to "latch" the zipper externally, that could be easily disengaged from outside, would probably do the trick. For the time being, we've been able to stop the unzipping by tying the zipper tab to a nearby bedpost, but this is not ideal.UPDATE: This review was for: Aussie Cot Net Co Baby Crib Safety Net Tent (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q8KAWUY). For some reason the review has been linked to the wrong product: MinGz Large Baby Travel Tent, Portable Baby Travel Bed (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013AQKWQW), which is nothing like the one I bought and reviewed.

Turned our little escape artist into a happy camper!
This thing saved us. We thought life was over after our little guy started escaping his pack and play at 5am. This returned some sleep and sanity to all of us. Now, instead of a nightly prison break our little guy goes glamping every night. The construction is sturdy and he can't figure out the zipper from the inside. We just bought another one for Grandma's place.

Intelligent design and easy storage!
I have a 19 month old grandaughter who can climb in and out of her pack and play with gusto. This safety net keeps her safe and gives me a life during her nap. It is soothing to her. It folds easily when not in use!

Really liked this at first
Really liked this at first. Thought this would keep my 2 year old in her play yard at night because she refused to use her crib. It did for awhile, she learned how to unzip it from the inside. Then I noticed a really big rip on the side. Its useless now. I'm not happy. I wasted a lot of money.

Cat Defense
Although this tent is double the cost of a Pack Play, it was worth it to keep the cats and their hairs off of the newborn baby's stuff.

Unpack the tent, pack up your worries.
So quick to set up. I feel wonderful knowing me son can't climb out of his crib during naps or bedtime or those moment when I need to be able to leave him alone so I can take a shower. I was hesitant about the price but knowing me son is safe is worth every penny.

You can't put a price on a good night's sleep
The price is outrageous, but I was willing to pay anything to get some sleep. It works well. My toddler cannot climb out of bed in the middle of the night anymore. You can't put a price on a good night's sleep!

Best invention EVER! Now I can use my pack n play again. Love that I don't have to rent cribs on vacation anymore.
