Full disclosure my kids hate this plain. But if you're making a homemade cocoa mix it has a great flavor and my kids don't mind it in that. I love that it has the flavor of steamed milk, so I can make a latte tasting drink without having to actually dirty another dish to steam milk. It also goes fantastic with instant coffee, which is probably my favorite way to use it.

Whole milk with extra stuff you need like vitamins. Good price. Good container. Easy to open and use.

I make bread in my bread machine that calls for milk. I make plastic bag packs of pre-measured bread ingredients to have on hand for easy convenient bread making. I put this dry milk in the bag packets (with flour sugar, salt, dry yeast), substituting it for the fresh milk. When I make a loaf all I add to the bread pan is oil, water and one packet of pre-measured ingredients. No hauling all the ingredients out fo make one loaf of bread. The milk powder mixes easily into the dough. I think this milk powder is cheaper and better than dry milk purchased at the market.

My mom is elderly & she is very particular about taste. Especially milk, in Asia she grew up drinking powdered milk & coming to America she had to find a substitute. She loves this milk & it also helps her with bone health. She walks & are very active now thanks to Nido. I like the fact that as long as I have a can of this on hand, I am always good for a bowl of cereal. And CHOCOLATE MILK!!🤗 The BEST part is, in powder form, it doesn't go bad like milk does, but once mixed, you need to treat it like the bottled milk you buy in stores.I liken this to about the same as that 2% you buy in stores... not crazy about it, but it's okay. Tell ya what, though, this is a GREAT thing for stretching the WHOLE MILK in your life. Just go 50%/50% with the mix, and you will hardly be able to tell the difference, at least as long as you don't drink it straight. Even then, NOT TOO BAD!👍

I have some bread recipes that call for "powdered/dry" milk. I will not get/use low fat 'anything' and I purchased this since it's a whole milk powder that is surprisingly hard to find. Breads turn out (and taste) fine. I recommend this for baking needs, but since I don't use it to make milk I have no opinion to share for that.

We use a lot of milk to cook with, for cereal, drinking and smoothies. This brand is great, but I just received my order and the expiration date is 9/2020. Even for my home, I don't think I can use it that fast. I hope it's still good beyond the expiration date. Seller should let buyers know what the expiration date is on food items.
