Strokemaker Paddles are a great training tool and work for everybody as there is a size and adjustment for everybody! The size 1 in particular was perfect for my sister, who is 12 years old and not to tall or strong yet. They also work well for stronger athletes who are on a taper and don't want to work their arms as much.They come with plenty of strap material, which is helpful for when the straps wear out.

Perfect size for my build without too much strain on the shoulders. Well built, use regularly with training and used for a 4 1/2 mile Swim Run Race. The nice thing about Strokemaker is you have many size options to choose from.

The paddles are great. They provide the right resistance feedback for technique work and i have other paddles for strength work.But, I purposely ordered BLUE paddles. The package label even says blue, but they are GREEN. I know it shouldn't matter to me, but I don't like the color green and that is what I got. It is not what I ordered.

Was purchased for a 12 y/old swimmer, size 0.5. Works as expected the fit is good for this age typical hand size.I would recommend carefully measuring your child's hand before purchasing, because it was the second set of paddles that we bought The first one from the same manufacturer (size 1) was chose according to size chart but happened to be too big. Size one to my minds fits small size adult hand not small size child.These are just flat pieces of plastic, not any particular special shape to it. But is works and the swimmer is happy with them.So, I am overall happy with it as well just can't comprehend how two pieces of plastic with holes cost that much.

been swimming for 20+ years and have never been unhappy with these. maybe i'm a traditionalist, but i like the way they feel when i use them, and eliminating the wrist strap allows me to work on my stroke entry technique and concentrate on how my hands move under the surface of the water so I'm getting the maximum power out of my strokes with the best technique possible. I know that if the paddle gets ripped off by the water, my stroke is doing something it shouldn't be, and it's an easy fix. plus these things last for forever. the only time i've ever had to replace them is because i moved across the country and gave my first pair away, which had been in use for well over a decade.

My kids have used these paddles for several years. Work well because you choose how many / where to put the straps. Easier to set them up so that they fall off if you're using incorrect stroke form for instant feedback.

Ottime. Le uso per potenziare la parte alta del corpo e mi trovo benissimo. Di quelle che ho provato sono quelle con cui mi trovo meglio; d'altronde sono le migliori.

Had to order a few sizes to figure out what fit my 12 yr old daughter, this size fit a 12 yr old girl. This style was her coaches choice.

Fit a little bigger then we expected.
