Elastic waistband! Not Okinawan style!!!
Description for the kids/Junior sizes states: “Okinawan cut HW [high waist ] pants w/ quadruple loops & pleats.” but this is a regular height tight elastic waste band pant!!! Not Okinawan Style at all! The skirt of the top is not longer than a basic student beginner karate gi. The material is soft, feels great and does make the snappy sounds. I am extremely disappointed with the cut which is not Okinawan style like description. I will be returning this. Description for Kids gi needs to be revised. I suggest adding a size measurements chart and pictures of the waste-band.
