I put my tablet onto the holder after fixing it to the table... it instantly snapped. How can the weight of a tablet snap the ball joint so easily. The arm itself is very strong however the plastic on the fixing area is very weak and obviously not strong enough for the purpose!

Broke immediately upon use. I placed this product on the headboard of my bed and immediately you could hear the cheap plastic creaking as it was being tightened. In fear of breaking it, I only tightened as much as was needed.I placed my iPad into the holder and whilst doing so t snapped and broke.The arm for the holder is quite rigid, but the plastic used is just so cheap it has no strength to hold any kind of weight.Avoid.

Been using this arm to support a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 tablet, during the first few month or to it was really good and held the tablet fairly sturdy. I could almost extend it fully and it would hold the tablet in the same place. Now after about 5-6 months use, its a totally different story. The arm has lost a lot of strength and flops down and barely holds the tablet up now.To make matters worse, the lock nut that secures the tablet holder to the swan neck is made of plastic, and it broke after making a couple of adjustments. Very poor to have a weak point like that when a main selling point is the metal aspect of the stand!!The seller is ignoring my request to resolve, i wont be buying this one again.

Good value for money, quite stiff to begin with, positioning needs to be done before clamped

Pleased have this for my kindle hd8.

Perfect.The grip is very strong and feels very sturdy.The tablet mount was a little stiff to start with but after a week or so it was easy to move and now is perfect.
