This is a great product that is definitely worth the upgrade from your phone pouch! I took this on vacation and got some amazing videos and pictures with ease! Only thing is had a light issue with was the photo button on occasion, it didn’t quite align up with my side button properly and would recommend a better design. It did work properly once I adjusted it, iPhone 15 pro max. I’d definitely buy this product again!

Ok I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised by this. I've been looking for an underwater phone case for a long time. Even though they all say that they will protect your phone, they always look extremely flimsy or like once you put them in the case the functions on your phone might not work anymore. I am extremely wary about putting my phone underwater, so I did many paper tests first with this. I put a paper inside and ran it under a stream of water, purposely trying to get water into the cracks, and nothing! I also left it sitting submerged in a bowl of water for about 2 hours, and still the paper was totally dry. Now obviously it's different if you put a phone inside... so then I tried with an old phone I no longer use, and it worked well. Finally I tried with my current phone, and hey it survived! I was able to take pictures underwater, and the image was actually much clearer than I was expecting. I would say the only thing is that it's a bit hard to have full access to the screen like you have when it's out of the case, but I think that's to be expected. I'm excited about finally having the ability to take pictures while snorkeling! Even though it has passed all my tests, I still don't know if I would take it to really low depths like scuba diving, but I think for swimming, snorkeling, etc, it is perfect. I finally feel secure about putting my phone underwater.

I really was nervous about this item and if it would protect my phone. It does!!!! Underwater! I have done videos and pictures. No leaks! I will say the “camera button” on the top is mere decoration - I need to push my screen. Upsides: inexpensive, great protection, can now have phone by pool without fear, great arm strap, easy yto use, easy to get tough screen to respond through screen, great hand grip, great hold phone in place features, great test instructions and set up instructions Downsides: inadvertently reflective touch screen can make it hard to see what you’re trying to do on phone screen, I’d find an anti gloss or non reflective material. Also, the side clamps can be hard to open once closed - it’s a good thing as it makes it secure and it can be frustrating- I wish there was something to pull on to open them. It’s a tough thing because if they add that, it could cause something to open the case accidentally which is why they built it the way they did.

Bought this for Snorkeling on a trip to the Caribbean. Used it for my iPhone 11 Pro and couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. The new iPhone 11 Pro has the wide angle lens on it, which is perfect for this type of shooting. Snorkeled for hours at a time and had zero issues in or out of the water. Note... screen cannot be used while submerged as the pressure from the water pushes the plastic against the phones screen. Also, it’s not super easy to just swipe on the screen because you have to push down to touch on the screen to do things. But that’s how it’s supposed to work. You just need to learn how to use it. The button for turning starting/stopping record was a really nice feature. Also, the seal and suction while the phone is encased is snug. Never had an issue. Though it can take a little effort to pop the suction when opening. Side note... while using, the housing picks up all types of sound, especially while you adjust your hands in holding the camera. SUGGESTION... figure out the best hand position for your next shot and hold your hand still through the entire recording. You will greatly limit extra sounds. Second side note... make sure to check the inside of the widow for the cameras view, before heading out to the water. Small, unnoticeable pieces of dust can make epic shots look mildly disappointing because a speck in the recording is fairly noticeable. Love this housing!! I’ll be using it on all my trips for underwater adventures!!

I had such high hopes for this product. Performed great with the test paper under water. But as soon as I took it under the water in the ocean in the Maldives, it proved to be a complete waste of money. The grooves are improperly placed so it hits the volume and power buttons, which either turn off the screen, power down the phone, or call the emergency line! I came out of the water with the phone beeping trying to get hold of emergency. That was after the recording completely failed underwater because the pressure of the water kept hitting the start/stop button. This was ALL after the wrist strap was also a complete fail. The strap is too thick to go through the hole in the product, so I had to use a different strap I had on my selfie stick to use this under water. I would have been better off with a budget fabric waterproof case. Returning immediately.

We took this case on a two-week island adventure with multiple snorkeling and scuba trips. It was fabulous for snorkeling & floating. The touch screen worked above water for changing between video and photo modes easily. I personally preferred a leash that cinched on my wrist, so I purchased an alternate. Very Reliable for phone protection….No leaks! However, this case isn’t built for scuba. Unless you stay under 10 feet 😵‍💫 The pressure during a 40 foot dive was too great, and the clear plastic windows drew inwards toward my phone, effectively pushing the entire screen at once. Plus, the shutter button froze at depth. This did not cause any damage to my phone, and no leaks occurred, but it made my phone a brick for the duration of my dive. So, If you choose to purchase this case and go ahead, I’d bring up a back up camera. I wish I did. That being said, it was a pretty tough case that protected my phone banging around on the boats with tanks & gear…and generally offered clear & reliable photos for snorkeling.

As a waterproof case for the beach this is 5star but as a snorkelling camera it really didn’t work well. The waterproof nature of the case certainly did work however when you went underwater the back of the mobile phone seems to be activated by water pressure and you were unable to select the camera function easily. You started off with it in camera mode however it seemed to change to video by itself and you had to come out of the water to reselect camera which was irritating

This product worked perfectly to take underwater pictures on our honeymoon! It was inexpensive, easy to use, and didn’t leak at all! Plus the pictures were clear and beautiful! Would highly recommend!

Unfit for purpose, and even if I had a faulty one delivered I can see how it is water resistant has there is no water tight seal .

does not work for snorkeling or scuba diving!! it is water proof but thats about it, no goo for photos or anything else. i do not recommend buying this product. not worth it for the price. a ziploc bag works better. they ....
