Two words describe this product: RIP OFF! What this product does you can do for practically free with a ziploc bag and some ice from your freezer. All this thing is is gel wrapped in cloth.Let's address the selling points from the box...."Extinguishes itching and burning" - Not quite. There's no medicine in these things, so there's nothing to treat the itching or burning of hemorrhoids."Shrinks swollen tissue" - Not so much. Maybe over time, but since hemorrhoids shrink on their own over time, can you really say that the product is causing the shrinkage?"Instant Relief" - I don't know if I'd call it relief exactly. Replace the itching and burning you were experiencing with the fear your anus may be frost bitten."No Mess" - This is actually true. So, yay?"Easy to use" - This is true too!"No unpleasant smell" - Again, true.What the outside of the box doesn't tell you (but the insert inside the sealed box does) is that you're supposed to use these things a minimum of four times a day for a week and then a minimum of two times a day for the week after that. There are six in a box, so if you're just using the minimum over a two week period, we're talking about close to $100 in butt popsicles.Skip this piece of crap product. All it relieves you from is your cash.

If you have hemmroids , this is the product to use. All my life it was hot or warm sitz baths & cremes but cold is the way !
